Energy is the material foundation of human survival, economic development and social progress. Throughout the history of human society development, every significant progress of human society has a close relationship with energy. With the new technology and the new invention, the scale of the world economy is increasing rapidly, and the demand of energy is increasing. At the same time, we also see, with global warming, climate deterioration, frequent occurrence of extreme weather and natural disasters frequent, humans have become more and more attention to our earth's ecological environment protection.As a developing country, the problem of resources and environment is a major problem for the sustainable development of economic society. Development is the hard truth, and sustainable development is the goal we seek. The rapid development of China's economy has caused the rapid growth of energy consumption, which makes China become the first major power in the world energy consumption, but also lead to the rapid deterioration of ecological environment in China.. Under the dual constraints of energy consumption and ecological environment, how to realize the sustainable development of China's economy is a very real problem.. As the largest developing country in the world, China is actively promoting the process of economic transformation and upgrading and resource, environment, economic and social harmonious development, then in the new stage of development, our country how in economic growth and industrialization and urbanization process achieve from natural resources, sustainable utilization, keep the coordinated development of economy, energy and environment; how to implement reasonable and effective energy and environmental policies to coordinate economic growth and environmental protection, coordinate development between seek a what kind of road in order to achieve the sustainable utilization of energy, environmental protection and economic growth, it is the problem to be discussed in this article.This paper mainly includes the following parts:First, this paper review the previous work and their contributions in energy consumption, economic growth and ecological environment domain, demonstrates theoretical framework of economic growth and energy consumption:based on the theoretical which analysis and summary theoretical principle of economic growth and energy consumption, discussed theoretical principle-energy constraints of the economic growth theory and industrial structure theory, describes the basic requirement, theoretical framework, theoretic model and method model.Second, this paper analyzes the status of energy consumption and energy's influence factors. Analyzed the pattern and trend of China's energy consumption:analyzed the development status of energy consumption mainly from the total energy consumption, energy consumption structure and energy consumption intensity and other view of economic growth, and compared with the current situation of energy consumption in world's major countries, for the concept understanding of China's economic growth and energy consumption. In addition, Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy method are adopted to analyze and evaluate influence factors of China's energy consumption.Third, this paper used Chinese data for the period 1953-2012 investigates the causal relationship between energy consumption(total primary energy consumption) and economic growth(GDP), In the empirical analysis, the dynamic econometric cointegration and ECM model and threshold cointegration method are applied. In addition, Panel analysis was carried out on the regional economic growth and energy consumption which used Chinese data for the period 2004-2013 cross-section of 30 regions' GDP data and total energy consumption for the empirical test.Fourth, relationship between energy consumption and environmental pollution were analyzed by using the grey correlation model and fuzzy theory. Using the variation coefficient and gray correlation analysis methods to analyze impacts of different types of energy consumption on CO2 emissions in China, and applies fuzzy integrated evaluation analyzed the results of empirical research.Fifth, this paper applies principal component analysis method and the coupling coordination degree theory analyze the China industrial emissions, sulfur dioxide and soot emissions, industrial solid waste(as three index of the growth of China's energy consumption and economic impact on the environment )empirically. Through the establishment of the China energy economy environment coordinated development index system, using principal component analysis (PCA) method respectively to energy subsystem, economic subsystem and environment subsystem development level evaluation, and then use the coupling coordination degree theory of energy -economy-environment coupling degree and coupling coefficient of coordinated to obtain conclusion:although the coupling coordination and coupling coefficient degree of energy-economic-environment developmen improved for the period 2000-2011, but still not good and was at different levels of inconsistent state.Through the above methods research Chinese energy consumption, economic growth and the eco coordinated development, obtain the following conclusions:First, through theoretical analysis and empirical research on the relationship between China's energy consumption and economic growth relationship of inspection, found that: under the linear assumption, there was the energy consumption and promoting economic development, and the rapid economic development has driven the energy consumption of acute. However, we find that Chinese economic growth and energy consumption for period 1953-2012 through establish threshold cointegration model,, showing a cointegration of form of a kind of nonlinear, and linear cointegration relationship is not previously in the literature most scholars think, their adjustment to the error correction term is not continuous, but stage, the error correction term different values, the speed of adjustment is also different.Second, Panel analysis was carried out on the regional economic growth and energy consumption which used Chinese data for the period 2004-2013 cross-section of 30 regions'GDP data and total energy consumption for the empirical test, found that the reduction of the region's total energy consumption will lead to a reduction in the region's GDP.Third, the paper analyzes the various negative effects using grey correlation degree and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the discussion to the relationship between energy consumption and environmental pollution, total waste gas emissions (SO2 emission instead) and energy consumption is the most relevant, general industrial solid waste and energy consumption in the related conclusion is obtained.Fourth, empirical coordinated development of energy, economy, environment analysis conclusions are as following:energy-economic-environment overall coordination degree although improved for period 2000-2011, but still not well enough. Although the coordination degree reach more coordinated state, but the distance coordination and stable quality is still a long way to go. From each state of coordinated development between two systems, energy and the environment coordination degree long below the coordination degree of the energy and economy, the environment and the economy that our country needs to be strengthened in the energy environmental protection efforts.
