Research On Elements Gathering, Industry Agglomeration And Park Economy Development

In recent years, international cooperation and competition is becoming increasingly fierce, therefore it is crucial for China to develop economy and enhance the national competitiveness. The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation neither can be separated from the promotion of the comprehensive national strength nor from the development of regional economy. The garden economy, as a significant platform for developing the regional economy, has gradually become an important growth pole to promote the local economic development. In the meanwhile, the problems such as the similar industrial structure and unbalanced development, which occur in the garden economy of our country, have become the present issues demanding prompt solution in the developmental progression of the park-district economy. In view of the above-mentioned backgrounds, this paper, which targets to promote the development of garden economy, regarding the factors gathering and industrial agglomeration as the cut-in point, centers on studying whether the accumulation of factors can encourage the formation of the industrial agglomeration, and whether the industrial agglomeration can enforce the development of garden economy.During the specific research, based on related theories such as political economics, industrial economics, economic geography, regional economics, institutional economics and development economics, this paper uses various research methods including history logic analysis, system approach, comparative analysis and econometrics etc. The main content of this paper divides into seven chapters and four sections:First of all, the primary and the second chapters collate and summarize the interrelated researches about the accumulation of factors, the industrial agglomeration as well as the development of garden economy, then generalize the further study of the present theories, which are the two questions explained and discussed in the theory of this essay:(1)the effectiveness of the industrial agglomeration research which is based on the element accumulation; (2)the feasibility of promoting the development of garden economy by taking advantage of the industrial agglomeration. Secondly, the third chapter is the theoretical analysis part, which is based on the definition of the connotations about element accumulation, industrial agglomeration and the garden economy. This part analyzes the internal mechanism of the element accumulations promoting the industrial agglomeration as well as the industrial agglomeration pushing forward the garden economy on the three levels concerning behavior subject, action mechanism and implementation mechanism, also analyzes and answers the two theoretical issues that demand deep discussion. Next, the fourth and fifth chapters use the gathering of factors including labor, capital, technology and system promoting the industrial agglomeration for model building by drawing on the core-periphery model, also build the model of the industrial cluster promoting the development of garden economy, then describe the measurement and evaluation of the factors gathering and industrial agglomeration, the basic situations and affecting factors of the park-district industrial cluster. Then, this paper applies theoretical analysis conclusion to the practical study, and has comparative analysis about the differences in the factors gathering and the industrial agglomeration among different park-districts combined with the empirical data of garden economic development, which is based on the comprehensive measurement of performance of the development of park-district economy from the developing situation of our country. This paper empirically validates theoretical assumptions (1) and (2) demonstrated in theory, at the same time analyzes the factors hindering the garden economic development, which provides a realistic basis of the design of approach to promote the garden economic development. Last, the sixth chapter is the research conclusion on basis of the theoretical and practical levels, which designs the approach to achieve the factors gathering promoting the industrial agglomeration then furthering the development of park-district economy, moreover put forward relevant suggestions of policy to ensure the realizing method of the garden economic development. The seventh chapter is the conclusion part, which summarizes the research production of the all-above sections, meanwhile raises the lacking issues of this paper and the striving direction in the future.With the garden economy having been developing over the past thirty years in our country, this paper can better grasp the development trend of park- district economy by studying the relationships among the factors gathering, industrial agglomeration and garden economy, furthermore can better take advantage of this economic development model to promote the regional economic development, with the result of advancing the national competitiveness of China. Compared to the present study, what have been done in this paper involves:First, the author raises the thought that achieve the industrial agglomeration on basis of factors gathering to promote the garden economic development, and draw the conclusion that the economic model can be applied not only in western and northeastern park-districts but also the eastern and central regions to push forward the sustainable development through the theoretical analysis and empirical research. Second, the paper preliminarily establishes the theoretical transmission mechanism and logic structure with the target that the factors accumulation promotes the industrial agglomeration furthermore pushes forward the garden economy, which is based on the definition of the connotations about element accumulation, industrial agglomeration and the garden economy. Third, the author comes up with the two concepts containing the industrial scale agglomeration and the industrial quality agglomeration on basis of the deep research about the industrial agglomeration. Fourth, the author raises the quest for measuring the state of garden economic development which is found on dynamic and integrative evaluating methods. Last, the paper verifies the theoretical inference that the factors gathering promoting the industrial agglomeration and then the industrial agglomeration furthering the garden economy have the positive impetus by using empirical data of our country.
