Research On Innovation Elements Agglomeration And Its Impacts On Innovation Performance In Anhui Province

The agglomeration of innovation elements,including innovative talent,innovative capital and innovative technology,has promoted the rapid promotion of regional innovation capability.In recent years,Anhui Province has been consider innovation driven development as one of the core strategies of regional development,and enhance the attractiveness of regional innovation elements.This paper evaluates the level of innovation elements agglomeration and analyzes the influence of innovation elements agglomeration on regional innovation performance.On this basis,it puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the further accumulation of innovation elements and improve the innovation output,which can not only provide the basis for the decision-making of Anhui Province to narrow the regional innovation ability and promote the balanced development of the economy,but also provide reference for the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in China's vast underdeveloped areas in central and western China.This dissertation studies the agglomeration of innovative elements in three aspects in Anhui Province: the agglomeration status of innovative elements,the level of innovation elements agglomeration and the influence of innovative elements agglomeration on innovation performance.First of all,this paper reviews the relevant research on the agglomeration of innovative elements,defines the concept and scope of innovation elements and innovative elements agglomeration,and summarizes the present research status.Secondly,based on the visualization of the present situation of 16 regional prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province,this paper constructs the index system of innovation elements through correlation analysis,and calculates the level of innovation elements agglomeration by factor analysis to explore the differences in the level of innovative elements agglomeration in various cities.Finally,this paper studies the spatial correlation between the innovation and output of Anhui Province,and the influence of innovation elements agglomeration on innovation performance through geography weighted regression.On the basis of the analysis of the evaluation results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the agglomeration of innovative elements in various cities in Anhui Province.
