Chinese agricultural equipment manufacturing industry has achieved rapid development under the continued favorable policy system and stable financial support, and has become the world's major producer of agricultural equipment products. Correspondingly, with the rapid increase of customer personalization demands, the increasing market competition, and the continuous reduction of profit margins, the agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises in China are facing many problems and challenges. Therefore, the corporate transformation has become the ideal choice. In recent years, service-oriented manufacturing(SOM) was a rising theory in manufacturing industry, which provides an inspiration of industrial upgrading and structural adjusting for China's agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises. The SOM theory provides a new perspective of research for promoting the transformation of these enterprises.The transformation of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm is complex system engineering that involves various issues. In order to solve the problem in a deeper level, this paper studied the driving mechanism and the path of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises transformation in SOM paradigm. The influence mechanism of driving factors on SOM strategy was investigated based on systemically analysis on the driving factors of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises transformation in SOM paradigm. Then, the topical studies on the key driving factors were carried out. Finally, the feasible transition path and scientifically selection of the best transformation path were proposed, as well as the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for SOM strategy implementation of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing enterprise. The main research work and conclusions are as follows:1. Research on the driving mechanism of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise transformation in SOM paradigm.In this section, the transformation driving force model on agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm was established, which was a three-level model, including internal driving factors, customer driving factors and external driving factors, and includes six dimensions. The measurement scales of the variables of the model were also designed. Based on 196 questionnaires data, the empirical test was conducted for the driving mechanism of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise transformation in SOM paradigm based on SPSS statistical analysis method and structural equation model. The impact strength and direction of the driving factors on agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises' SOM strategy implement were revealed, and the key driving factors were identified including the enterprise's core competence system, customer demands and customer participation and the relationship between supplier and agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm.2. Research on the upgrade mechanism of core competence system of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm.In the section, the core competence system of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm was deconstructed. In order to identify core capability elements, the variable weight extension model was established by emphasizing the balance of value, heterogeneity, tacitness, derivation and dynamic. The extension model can objectively reflect the present situation of the enterprise core competence. Based on the self organizing feature of core competence system, Haken model was used to describe the self organizing evolution mechanism and identify the servitization level of the enterprise. It was found that the servitization level was the order parameter of the system. The analysis result showed that, in order to upgrade core competence system, the agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm should focus on several measures. These measures include strengthening the openness, staying away from equilibrium and fluctuation, and enhancing the nonlinear to prompt the formation of dissipative structure of the competence system.3. Research on customer demand and customer participation mechanism of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm.In view of deep structural adjustment in the main consumer of agricultural machinery market, the competitive Kano model was built to analyze customer demand for agricultural equipments. The importance ranking of customer demand was determined. Then, the analytical KANO model was proposed to analyze customer demand on service, and the service scheme including the standard service group and senior service group were designed. Based on the research of customer participation model, the evolutionary game theory was used to construct the incentive game model of customer participation. It was obtained that the game between agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise and customer evolved to two situations, i.e. the manufacturing enterprises adopting an incentive strategy and customers taking a participation strategy was related to six variables. These variables were the cost when agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise incentive strategy CA, the cost when the customer selects participation strategy CB, added value when the customer selects participation strategy and agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise selects incentive strategy G, speculative gain of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise RA, and the established sharing ratio of added value?, speculative gain of the customer RB. Finally, the evolution stable strategy was proposed.4. Research on the cooperation mechanism between supplier and agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm.In this section, the one-shot game model and repeated game model between agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise and supplier were studied. The results show it was difficult to achieve Pareto optimality by one-shot game, and can Pareto optimality by Nash equilibrium of repeated game, in which both sides take the cooperation strategy. Then, the cooperation model between agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise and supplier was constructed. Aiming at the problem of supplier selection in the model, supplier evaluation criteria was proposed which included quality and technology, price, service level, collaborative ability, flexibility, environmental performance, and comprehensive factors. Deviation function model and the interval relative entropy model were employed in the evaluation on candidate suppliers. These two models provide an idea and method for partner selection in agricultural equipment service-oriented manufacturing alliance. Finally, three cooperative mechanisms were constructed including rational mechanism, negotiation mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism. The synergistic of three mechanisms could promote the formation of partnership between agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise and supplier in agricultural equipment service-oriented manufacturing alliance. In addition, the modified Shapley value method was proposed to solve benefit distribution problem.5. Research on transformation path of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm.In this section, the servitization level promotion was defined as an incompatible problem. Based on extension strategy generation method, five paths for service-oriented manufacturing transformation was proposed, includes service outsourcing, product servitization, technology servitization, product and technology integration, and service productization. Then, a new method based on fuzzy matter-element analysis was presented by combining with the concept of Euclid approach degree, which provides a new approach for the selection of transformation path of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise in SOM paradigm. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions were summarized from the aspects of government and enterprise.This paper systematically studies the driving mechanism and its path of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise transformation in SOM paradigm. This study can enrich and improve SOM theory system, provide the theoretical basis and method support and technical support for the SOM transformation of agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprise. Moreover, this study can provide scientific basis of related departments' plan-making and decision-making for the revitalization of agricultural equipment industry.
