The Industrial Convergence Effect Of O2O Operation System And The Construction Of Service Business Model

With the rapid development of science and technology,industry convergence has played a more and more important role.Technology penetration has accelerated the convergence between traditional industry and Internet industry,between industry sectors.In "Internet +" era.Industry convergence gives traditional industry a new lease on life,and results in the produce of O2O.O2O increases the motivation and space for the traditional production.But,at present,there is less research in academia,and many people and enterprises do not realize much about O2O.Therefore,it is important to research on the O2O.And,more importantly,through the above analysis,it can make us more aware of the industrial convergence effect.O2O would rebuild the model of enterprise business and can make the enterprise develop diversified business ecosystem.This article consists of six chapters.The first chapter is mainly introducing the purposes and significance of this article topic,methods of research,and the research related to O2O.The second chapter introduces the O2O and O2O operation system,main participation,O2O implementation – “five big platform systems”.The third chapter is theoretical points.It Explores the effect of O2O,mainly including industry penetration,cross,reorganization.Eventually O2O makes the industry business model to upgrade and rebuild.In the fourth chapter,it mainly analyzes the O2O produce process by building the mathematical model.This paper analyses the influence of O2O to rebuild business model,namely the O2O stimulates the original industry.O2O changes the relationship between the service industry in the industry or interacts with other industries,and eventually leads to the entire business model of service industry to rebuild.The diversity of the process and foundation makes the model of service business diversity.In Chapter v,case analysis is carried out on the SUNING,intuitively to explore the effect of O2O industrial convergence on SUNING business model,the transformation and the diversity of business model by the influence of emerging of O2O.Chapter 6 mainly summarizes results of research and the countermeasures and suggestions are given.Through the analysis,this article is based on the theoretical analysis,mathematical and case analysis as the auxiliary tool.It discusses the essence and function of O2O.First of all,O2O is loop operation of the system,not only is the combination of online;Secondly,the effect of O2O mainly includes industry penetration,cross,restructuring;Moreover,the effect of O2O stimulates service industry system;prompts services to build a diversified business model;develops a diversified business model ecosystem;Finally,O2O is a change process of big data,which makes the society in a huge change,and ultimately will bring disruptive changes to the society as a whole.
