Study On The Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Capacity Of The Petroleum Cities Of China

Petroleum resource-based cities are rich in oil resources,relying on development of oil resources and developed cities.Oil Cities,as China's resource-based cities is an important type of local oil resources are mining,processing as the leading industry of the cities type.For a long time,as a basis for the supply of energy and important raw materials,the oil cities of China's economic and social development have made outstanding contributions.However,due to lack of overall planning and Petroleum Resources attenuation and other reasons,these cities have accumulated in the development process of many contradictions and problems,mainly economic structural imbalances,unemployment and poverty population,the development of alternative industries,fatigue,severe ecological damage,pressure to maintain social stability and so on."A dominant" single industrial structure,economic structure is highly dependent on resource characteristics that make the sustainable development of China's oil cities facing enormous challenges.How to overcome the oil cities development in the face of social and environmental issues of resources,establish a favorable petroleum institutional mechanisms for sustainable urban development,promote local economic,social and sustainable urban development,both China's oil cities solved practical problems,but also to implement scientific concept of development,building a socialist harmonious society,but also the current security of energy resource supply,maintain sustained healthy and coordinated development of important initiatives.In view of this,this paper adopts literature research,qualitative research and quantitative research,comparative research,DEA data envelopment analysis method,combing the theory of sustainable development and the domestic and foreign related research about the resource type cities and oil cities sustainable development,summarizes the present situation of sustainable development of the petroleum cities in China.Then,by taking 6 typical petroleum resources cities as the research object,by constructing the evaluation index system of sustainable development,from the four dimensions of resources,economic,social,ecological environment of the various subsystems of the sustainable development capacities evaluation,on the basis of this,from the resources can be sustainable,put forward the sustainable development strategy of petroleum cities in China sustainable economic,social sustainable,ecological sustainable development four aspects,and puts forward the way of implementing the policy of sustainable development strategy of our country cities to Karamay typical oil in the aspects of industry development,and from the social construction.The main research contents of this paper include the following parts:The first chapter is the full text of the introductory section of this chapter,introduces the topics of the research background and significance,summary and topics closely related to the theoretical basis of the topics of the research situation,propose this research ideas,research methods,content framework innovation.Chapter II: The Sustainable Development of Oil Cities in China.First,combing the oil cities concept,summed up its development characteristics and laws of development of sustainable urban development elaborated petroleum basic characteristics and properties.Followed by the analysis of China's oil problems,I showed the importance of sustainable urban development on the basis of the inevitability of urban transformation of China's oil analysis.Chapter III: Our country petroleum cities sustainable development index system and evaluation method of design.Principles and methods of constructing the clear indicators of sustainable development,the sustainable development evaluation index system from the resources and environment carrying,economic development,social development,protection of the ecological environment in four dimensions to select 31 indexes related to oil cities construction in China,and introduces the DEA data envelopment analysis method.Chapter IV: Karamay cities Sustainable Development Index System Design.Principles and methods by constructing clear indicators of sustainable development,resources and environment carrying choose from,economic development,social development,environmental
