A Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of China's Construction Migrant Workers Into Industrial Workers

The construction industry is a pillar industry that supports the country's economic development and is also a labor-intensive industry.In the construction industry,the migrant workers are as the main labor force,construction workers reached nearly 59 million people according to "2015 national migrant workers monitoring survey report" by the National Bureau of Statistics.Migrant workers as the main source of construction workers can't get the identity and treatment like industrial workers,which will hinder the sustainable development of the construction industry,and even affect the social fair and the rapid development of new urbanization.However,it is a long-term and arduous systematic project to promote the transformation of migrant workers in the construction into industrial workers,faced with many obstacles such as traditional building production methods,market resistance,system,migrant workers themselves,social exclusion and so on.In this context,it becomes a necessary,in-depth and detailed study of the reality proposition,including revealing the formation process and control variables of the various obstructing elements involved in the transformation of the industrial migrant workers into the industrial workers,analyzing its evolvement rule,studying the mechanism of the change of the construction workers' identity status,and constructing the driving force system of transforming construction migrant workers into industry workers,eventually,seeking a reasonable scientific system to mobilize the stakeholders' enthusiasm of promoting the construction migrant workers into industrial workers.In this view,this paper according to the scientific research general paradigm including “investigation-theory-empirical-application" carried out the relevant research work from the following five aspects.(1)Combing the relevant research and practice status comprehensively is to get theoretical support and excavate the research space,this paper is developed based on the essence of the transformation of the identity of the migrant workers in architecture.He agrees that the transition from building migrant workers to industrial workers is essentially the transformation of his professional identity and social identity.Therefore,this paper has combed the research hotspots in the fields of construction migrant workers(migration and movement of agricultural surplus labor force)and the process of transformation of migrant workers(the professionalization of migrant workers and peasant workers),and studies the evolution process and the research frontier.This paper has summed up achievements and weaknesses the current construction of migrant workers to industrial workers in the field of research related to the transformation,and lays the foundation for the follow-up studies.(2)The system of construction of migrant workers into industrial workers dynamic factor has completed "the Study to Solve the Key Problem1(Investigation)".That is,according to the construction of migrant workers to the industrial workers involved in the process of the interests of stakeholders involved in the analysis is to classify dynamic factors and establish the dynamic factors of the structural system.Construction of migrant workers is vitally,which must fully understand the various levels,the region,the construction industry,the professional interests of the participants and other related demands.With the support of urban and rural construction market.We did our simple survey by distributing letters to the provinces and cities nationwide living quarters,the central enterprises directly under the(construction)and other departments issued a sample survey,and then issued by the competent authorities to the construction enterprises and migrant workers in the hands.Using this kind of nationwide sample survey method,we fully grasp the cognition,attitude and appeal of the transformation of the migrant workers to the industrial workers,and realized the comprehensive recognition and extraction of the dynamic factors.Then the hierarchical and regional analysis of the extracted dynamic factors is carried out by using the explanatory structural model(ISM),and the hierarchical relationship between the dynamic factors is clarified.Finally,the construction of the migrant workers into the industrial workers' dynamic factor system is constructed with the relevant theoretical analysis.(3)This paper Deconstructed the transformation of migrant workers into industrial workers and the driving force system,and completed the " the key problem 2 to resolve of the study(Theory)".At present,the government of construction migrant workers has formed a typical "path dependence",the paper analyzed the similarity between the process of identity transformation in construction and particle movement by transplanting-analogy method,demonstrated the quantum mechanics principle of construction worker's transition,and interpreted the evolution of the construction migrant workers into industrial workers from the perspective of quantum mechanics.Based on the above,the SFP paradigm was used to explain the internal mechanism of the dynamic system of the migrant workers' transformation from the three aspects of the structure of the power system,the function of the power system and the operation mechanism of the power system.Finally,the paper put forward the theoretical hypothesis of dynamical system about transformation of the construction migrant workers into industry workers.(4)This paper put forward the theoretical model of dynamic mechanism on the transformation of construction migrant workers into the industrial workers,meanwhile,verified and completed the " the key problem 3 to resolve of the study(Demonstration)".Because the literature of the analysis on transformation of the construction migrant workers into industry workers is a little,and the theoretical model to verification about the dynamic mechanism of transformation of the construction migrant workers into industry workers involved multiple variables,which have much feature of large number,strong subjectivity,difficulty to direct measurement and large measurement errors and so on.Therefore,the paper verified the rationality of the theoretical model of the dynamic mechanism by an ensuring reproducibility called the structural equation(SEM)that can combine the statistical analysis with the theoretical analysis.(5)The paper made the policy recommendations matrix of the transformation of construction migrant workers into the industrial workers integrated optimization.The process of transformation of the migrant workers into the industrial workers involves the complexity of the stakeholders,therefore,there are many relevant policy directions excavated by the verified dynamic mechanism,which made the paper adopt the text mining technology(TM)to carry out a comprehensive excavation of the relevant policy suggestions according to the policy direction determined by the dynamic mechanism to ensure that the valuable clues can be found,and the maximum implementation of the policy suggestions can be excavated.Meanwhile,the research results of this part also fulfilled the practical significance promised by the study.The contribution of this research is mainly in the following four aspects: Firstly,it put forward the concept of construction workers' transformation,and expanded the basic theory of the transformation of construction migrant workers;Secondly,it constructed the system of dynamic factor on the transformation of construction migrant workers into the industrial workers,and expounded systematically the dynamic mechanism on the transformation of the construction migrant workers into industrial workers;Thirdly,it adopted the method of text mining(TM)to excavate the relevant policy suggestions for the transformation of the construction migrant workers into industrial workers from all angles and integrated the optimization to form the policy suggestion matrix,ensuring that the all valuable clues can be found;Fourthly,it made the research methods on the transformation of construction migrant workers into the industrial workers abundant.At the same time,there still are many shortcomings in this research of " the existence of regional differences in migrant workers' groups","the undefined stage of the transformation process",and it's necessary to explore further the "cost budgeting of transformation of migrant workers into industrial workers","calculation of construction workers' supply and demand " and other research issues in the future.
