Study On The Restrictive Factors And Countermeasures Of Migrant Workers’ Industrialization Under The Background Of Construction Industrialization

Construction industrialization refers to the process of industrialized construction of residential,industrial buildings,public buildings,urban infrastructure and other buildings by partially or completely replacing the scattered and inefficient manual operation in the traditional construction industry through industrialization and socialized mass production.The core of building industrialization is the industrialized production of building components and parts.In order to complete the industrialized production,the demand of construction workers is bound to rise sharply,and there is still a large gap between the supply of industrial workers and the development speed of building industrialization.In the development of construction industrialization,the contradiction between supply and demand of construction workers has always been a thorny problem.As the main group of construction industry,migrant workers promote the transformation of migrant workers into industrial workers,which is not only the general trend,but also the inevitable requirement of the development of construction industry.The process of industrialization of migrant workers in the construction industry is intertwined,as well as there are many influencing factors,which are interrelated and affected each other.Starting from the backdrop of construction industrialization,this thesis summarizes and summarizes the hindering factors affecting the industrialization of migrant workers in the construction industry through literature research,questionnaire surveys,etc.,and sorts the influencing factors according to their importance.This is the starting point to identify the influencing factors.After eliminating the factors unrelated to the construction industrialization,the factors are sorted,combined and screened,and 19 restrictive factors are selected.By constructing the ISM-MICMAC model,the hierarchy of the constraints is analyzed,and the key constraints are found out by combining the driving force and dependency matrix analysis.Finally,according to the model results,various factors are discussed,and relevant suggestions are put forward,hoping to contribute to the healthy development of construction industrialization and migrant industrialization.From the analysis of the final ISM-MICMAC model results,it is clear that the key constraints are the imperfect occupational qualification system for construction workers,the relatively slow promotion of supporting technologies for construction industrialization,the imperfect or weak implementation of labor regulations for migrant workers in the construction industry,and the lack of construction.The service supervision mechanism for industrial workers and the incentive policies for the process of industrial workerization are insufficient or not implemented.In the follow-up research,we will discuss such factors in detail and propose solutions.At the same time,we should pay more attention to such factors in the development process of construction industrialization.Finally,this study puts forward detailed and appropriate solutions for various constraints,hoping to further promote the development of construction industrialization and the process of industrialization of migrant workers.
