Study On The Conversion Of Migrant Workers To Industrial Workers In The Construction Industry

As an indispensable force of labor force,flexible mobility of the construction migrant workers has brought great convenience for construction enterprise development,but because of the fact that the relationship between the enterprise and the workers is a temporary employment relationship,the problem of the group has increasingly highlighted.Though the number of migrant workers in the construction industry is massive day by day,its quality has not been relatively improved for a long time,affecting their employment development and becoming one of the root causes of the construction industry problems,which makes difficulty to meet the construction industry reform and development and the pace of urbanization.In addition to changes in external factors,that construction migrant workers enhance their ability is the crux of solving the development of this group and helping the construction industry development and urbanization process.Therefore,this paper regards the migrant workers in the construction industry converting to industrial workers as a research direction,and uses a variety of theoretical methods and research materials to try to solve this problem.Based on the analysis of current situation and influencing factors through literature research,investigation,comparative analysis and other methods,according to ISM,this paper clears the level of the factors about influencing the construction migrant workers converting to industrial workers,analyzes the difficulties and advantages of the transformation,and finally on the support of numerous foreshadowing and multi theory,explores the path and safeguard measures to achieve migrant workers converting to the industrial workers in the construction industry.The main research achievements and innovations include:(1)Through systematic analysis,regard promoting the ability of migrant workers in construction industry as the main line,ensure the group transformation as the study point,according to meet the reality of industry and society,migrant workers in the construction industry under the background of China's new urbanization and specific industry environment are how to realize transformation of industrial workers,which makes up for the research blank at a certain extent;(2)Through the literature research and survey data analysis,comprehensively sort out the status and characteristics of migrant workers in the construction industry,the overall situation is not optimistic,need to be improved,and analyzed the change trend and the gap with the industrial workers;(3)It sums up the factors that influence the construction migrant workers converting to industrial workers,founds the ISM model of the factors,and clears the direct factors,medium factors and fundamental factors;(4)On the support of numerous foreshadowing and multi theory,it explores three paths and safeguard measures comprehensively to achieve the construction migrant workers converting to industrial workers.
