As a professional incubator, biomedical incubators play an invaluable role in promoting the improvement of local economic level and providing innovative capabilities in biomedical science and technology.Even in the context of the international financial crisis, the biomedical incubator is incubating. The number of enterprises and employment still shows a growing trend,so a large number of growing pharmaceutical companies have been cultivated.Today's incubator services require biomedical incubators to make extensive use of external social network resources to improve service capabilities, improve incubation mechanisms, and establish the core competitiveness of incubators. Therefore, the network connection of various innovative entities is the general trend and general direction of the development of today's technology business incubators. The incubation environment is the main measure of the core competitiveness of technology business incubators. The main difference between modern technology business incubators and traditionalincubators is that the former aims to promote regional industry development and foster innovative enterprises, technology enterprises, governments, universities, research institutions and technology industrial parks.Based on the interaction and integration of industrial parks, financial institutions and intermediaries, innovation incubation resources become a community. Therefore, based on the theory of incubation network and incubator theory, this paper analyzes and discusses the impact mechanism of biomedical incubator performance, and uses the intermediate variables to analyze the impact of the microscopic characteristics of the incubation network on the incubation performance of biomedical incubators.By constructing a structural equation model(SEM)to verify the theoretical framework hypothesis of the microscopic characteristics of the hatching network and the theoretical model of the influence of organizational learning on the performance of biomedical incubators, the results show that the network boundary of the indicator nodes is dependent on learning and the frequency of capital node relationships. There is a positive and significant effect on seeking learning;indicating node relationship frequency, intelligent node network boundary, capital node network boundary and dependency learning have significant negative effects;intermediate node relationship frequency and intermediate node network boundary There is also a significant negative relationship with seeking learning;seeking learning has a significantimpact on innovation performance;and organizational learning plays a mediating role between the microscopic characteristics of the incubation network and the performance of biomedical incubators.
