The relationship between science and technology is a key factor reflecting technological innovation and technological development,and an important basis for the formulation of science and technology policies.With the continuous development and development of metrology,patent literature has increasingly become the main object of research science and technology,and research methods have gradually transitioned from traditional quantitative analysis to computer methods such as text mining and machine learning.The purpose of this paper is to make full use of the innovation opportunities of scientific research and explore the relationship between science and technology,mainly the role of science in technological evolution,and quantify the degree of scientific influence on technology.This paper selects the patent data of nanotechnology field in Derwent database,constructs a patent citation network,and identifies the key nodes of the reference network based on PageRank algorithm,mediation center degree,and centrality and degree of centrality.The key node that plays a role in the network evolution process;the core patent technology based on the patented citation frequency identification field,through the statistical analysis of the identified key node categories and the statistical analysis of the core patent categories,the initial measurement of scientific knowledge The possible impact on the evolution process of the technology indicates that more than 70% of the patent nodes located in key positions of the patent citation network and more than 80% of the core patents in the field contain scientific knowledge.At the same time,this paper draws on the idea of “citing generation” and quantifies the extent of scientific knowledge from the cited content.Through the classification and re-acquisition of patent data,the cosine similarity is used as the quantitative index to quantify the flow of adjacent two generations of technology and the flow of intergenerational technology from the content semantics of patent citation.The extent of the impact.The empirical results show that whether it is the flow of technical knowledge between the two generations or the flow of technical knowledge between generations,the technical knowledge carried in the patent literature containing scientific knowledge is more easily absorbed by the next generation of patents,that is,scientific knowledge for technical knowledge.The flow has produced a certain promotion.This research enriches the research theme of the relationshipbetween science and technology,and expands the research scope to multi-cital generation,which can provide reference information for technology innovation development strategy.
