Research On The Influence Factors Of Knowledge Collaborative Performance Of Innovation Network Of University-Industry Cooperation

International competition is becoming intensive increasingly.China is now in a period of accelerating the transformation of economic growth mode and moving from a big scientific and technological country to a power scientific and technological country,and innovation capacity is the key.Collaborative innovation of University-Industry Cooperation is an important part.However,the limited of information and resources inside the organization lead to the limitation of its innovation ability and the need to use external information and resources todevelop.In the past,the cooperation between University-Industry Cooperation institutes was basically linear.Now,it has been developing towards the network mode.The current situation of the University-Industry Cooperation institutes makes the network mode become a more appropriate research perspective.The industry-university-research collaborative innovation network is a network formed by the government,enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions in the process of collaborative innovation and is an important part of the national innovation system.As a collaborative innovation model based on the collaboration and interaction between different organizations,collaborative innovation network can effectively combine the innovation forces of each cooperation organization and solve the problems faced by innovation.On the one hand,it can provide enterprises with new technologies and knowledge;on the other hand,it also supplies the market direction to universities and research institutes for reference,so as to promote the transformation of scientific research results into real productivity.As China's University-Industry Cooperation plays an increasingly prominent role in promoting economic growth,China has promulgated the outline of the national medium-and long-term program for scientific and technological development(2006-2020),fully consolidating the main position of industry-university-research cooperation in the national innovation system.In this context,it evaluates the influencing factors of knowledge collaborative performance of the innovation network of industry,education and research in China,and provides useful reference for the practice of collaborative innovation of University-Industry Cooperation,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.This article reviews the domestic and foreign scholars about innovation network,collaborative innovation,knowledge sharing and innovation performance,on the basis of relevant research results,the paper summarizes the relationship between the research object,put forward the hypothesis between variables,and construct a collaborative willingness and the heterogeneity of knowledge,knowledge,ability,network embeddedness as independent variables,knowledge synergy mechanism(knowledge learning mechanism,the knowledge sharing mechanism,the partner selection mechanism)as intermediary variables,knowledge collaborative performance(individual performance,the overall performance)as the dependent variable of theoretical model,to study the relationship between the three.This paper designs questionnaires by referring to mature scales of domestic and foreign scholars,and collects primary data by issuing questionnaires,a total of 267 valid questionnaires are collected.SPSS25.0 was used for reliability and validity analysis of the samples,correlation analysis,and exploratory factor analysis and structural equation analysis of the research model with AMOS21.0 as the main statistical analysis software to test the proposed research hypothesis.The analysis results show that the collaborative willingness,knowledge capability,network embedding and knowledge collaborative mechanism have significant positive effects on knowledge collaborative performance,while the negative effects of knowledge heterogeneity are not significant.Finally,this paper discusses the research results and gives management suggestions in combination with the actual situation.It reflects on the shortcomings of the research and looks forward to the future research.
