Study Of Industry-university-research Knowledge Innovation Alliance Cooperation Under Internet Environment

At Knowledge Economic Age,knowledge resource is not only an important strategic resource for the development of enterprise,but also a decisive success factor for innovation.Industry-university-research cooperation is the important carrier of innovation-driven strategies and the important approach to transform knowledge resources into productive forces.The knowledge innovation alliance of industry-university-research cooperation combined industry-university-research cooperation with knowledge innovation fully,focused on knowledge transfer and innovation,emphasized on knowledge as the link,risk-sharing,benefit-sharing,and created a competitive advantage for all parties,which fused enterprises,universities,research institutes and social innovation resources deeply.Internet environment provides new view and technology for alliance innovation,also increases the complexity and openness of the environment.Therefore,to discuss the knowledge innovation alliance of industry-university-research cooperation under internet environment is of great theoretical significance and practical application.First,based on teasing the pertinent literature and absorbing the result of academic research,we defined the concept of the industry-university-research knowledge innovation alliance and teasing the characteristic of internet condition.The result showed the industry-university-research knowledge innovation alliance offer the platform,openness,and across time and space,it also brought the complexity and risk of the multi-party in internet condition.It revealed that the cooperation interface management provided operation platform with alliance and the points of periodic and component performance evaluation provided support with risk control.Second,it stated the process of alliance cooperation under internet environment including both the power of building alliance and running mechanism of the alliance.It studied choosing partners in internet environment,proposed that how to build the platform of choosing alliance partners in the context of open innovation and filtrated possible partners on line by using the matching theory and game theory,used extendable theory to ascertain partner off line under internet environment.Third,using the case study method,it studied the alliance interface management process in internet environment,divided the alliance interfaces into three systems: command,connection and execution systems through the analysis of interface structure,standards and operating systems,analysed the relationship between each other and found the law of the industry-university-research knowledge innovation alliance interface management under internet environment.Fourth,using grounded theory,it summed up choosing partners,management communication,distribution of interests,knowledge and cooperation risk factors are main influence factors of industry-university-research knowledge innovation alliance cooperation under internet environment,and built the influence factors model of the "organizations-implementation-control" alliance cooperation.Fifth,aiming at the characteristics of the industry-university-research knowledge innovation alliance under internet environment,it regarded alliance cooperation as the cicadas process,defined each stage correlation of strategic alliance as the cicadas coefficient,used BP neural network algorithm to calculates the cicadas coefficient,calculated the overall performance of the alliance by cicada model and applied this evaluation method to providing the basis of the encourage and risk control.Last,it analyzed the industry-university-research knowledge innovation alliance risks factors under internet circumstance from the perspective of knowledge chain operation.The search for knowledge,knowledge emerging and sharing,knowledge value judgment,knowledge absorption and transformatio n,knowledge achievement and application,it divided alliance cooperation risks from these five stages.It used Analytic Hierarchy Process and Set Pair Analysis methods to evaluate the uncertainty of the strategic alliance risks.Discuss the construction o f risk prevention and control mechanism,which reflected specifically in normative internet collaborative innovation platform,harmonious and full Communion knowledge-sharing,quick-passing knowledge transformation,the industrialization of achievement of knowledge and extending the alliance cooperation.According to the internal logic of the mechanism operation,it would promote knowledge chains operation to maximize the benefits within the alliance.
