With the global economic integration progresses,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Chinese enterprises in order to come out on top in the international market competition,not only to the hard effort,need soft power.This requires us not only in the management of research,but also in management practice,worked out a scenario for our management mode.Has been on the management of research "in the soul of the West" system problems much academic attention,how to build a management theory and practice to adapt to China's current management has become a hot topic now.Equity in the organization has been widespread concern,however,sometimes the Western classical theory can not explain China organization scenarios employee behavior occurs phenomenon.At the same time as the pattern of difference sequence of management of important research results,has been deeply influenced the Chinese people psychological and behavioral mechanisms,the study will re-examine the fairness issue has great significance in differential pattern tissue under scenarios.Currently discuss organizational and employee behavior on equity,mostly concentrated in the role of employee task performance within behavior,the relationship between performance and job satisfaction,and basically Western management theory is based on research and the localization of the management role behavior Research added are in the preliminary stages of development,whether it is the difference between the theoretical construction sequence atmosphere itself,or it has a lot of mystery to be solved on the internal drive mechanism of the organization and employees.Based on this study Quoting 728 banking staff as a research object,anchored localization variable differential pattern of tissue under the influence of Chinese culture fair mechanism for employees to explore role behavior,try the theoretical construction and the empirical test of the organization under the Chinese context,fair and effective functioning of the internal mechanism of the organization-role behavior of employees will be answered.Innovative achievements are as follows:First,under the differential pattern perspective reveals the Chinese workers' organizational fairness perceptions of their role behavior outside the driving path.Based on grounded theory between ideas,using in-depth interviews in the form of the mechanism of Chinese enterprises to explore the impact of perceived organizational justice employees,through qualitative analysis,summarized constructs with local characteristics,reveals the director of trust in employees perceive the organization and its fair role behavior The logic ladder effect,and stressed the role of local contextualization differential pattern.On the one hand,breaking the previous study only fair organization acting on employee role within the behavior(such as employee performance,job satisfaction,etc.)of concern;on the other hand,put forward the relationship between the self and collective self-perceived effect on Organizational fair promotion role,to a certain extent,it will be overshadowed by differential pattern.For differential pattern of situational considerations,to examine the role of perceived organizational justice path Chinese style provides a new perspective.Second,in recognition of the fair positivism oriented employees organized perception of China,fit the mechanism in charge of trust and role behavior of employees.Under Chinese enterprises based on internal differential pattern of real data situation around the "perceived organizational justice staff(including distributive justice,procedural justice and interactional justice three dimensions)-director of the trust(including emotional and cognitive basis of trust based on trust two dimensions)-Employee role behavior(including voice behavior and help conduct two dimensions)," a main line,a plurality of impact paths theoretical analysis and quantitative analysis of the questionnaire,and based on HLM examined the differential pattern perception(including interdependence,partiality treatment and confidant role in three dimensions)to regulate the role of impact paths to explore the perception of Chinese employees fair organization,boundary conditions fit the pattern of trust and competent staff-role behavior and fit effect established.Third,in terms of creating a positive organizational behavior led the Chinese business leaders employee perception of organizational justice and its role behavior evokes shaping practices.The research results will lead to the practice of community of the importance of interactional justice" in a fair perception of the organization,as well as its role in emotional style competent trust,and then acting on the employee role behavior of concern,as well as under the guidance of the competent point difference sequence pattern perceived leadership practices,and enhance corporate equity effect of organizational provide a theoretical basis and empirical support.
