Research On The Servitization Modes Of China's Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises Under The Background Of GVC

With the deepening of international division of labor,the equipment manufacturing enterprises have been blended and join in the global value chain(GVC)through a variety of ways,and get rapid development.However,equipment manufacturing enterprises in China have been controlled in the low-end of GVC,and their core technology and key technology are in high degree of external dependence,their international competitiveness are low.The servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises has become an important way to get rid of the dilemma of development and achieve industrial upgrading.On the theme of the servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises,this dissertation analyzes the evolving system of the servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises on the base of system analysis to conditions and motivation of the servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises under the background of GVC,analyzes the characteristics of the system such as structure,function,complexity and self-organizing,establishes a research framework covering the contents about the cause,the condition,the evolving process,the evolving influence factors of the servitization which is based on the connotation of the servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises according to dissipative structure theory.This dissertation divides servitization modes of equipment manufacturing enterprises by evolution rule of servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises,designs servitization modes under the perspective of GVC.This dissertation builds a full chain servitization mode based on product service for the lower order of the evolution system of servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises,designs mode of operation and key points including professional maintenance service,remote device monitoring service and global financing lease service.Put forward operation strategy from making full use of the global information interaction platform,strengthening the international customer relationship management,strengthening the reform of enterprise supply side.This dissertation builds a servitization mode based on standardization of manufacturing system for the transition of the evolution system of servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises,design mode of operation and key points including manufacturing standard licensing service,remanufacturing service based on standardization of manufacturing system.Put forward operation strategy from perfecting standard system of manufacturing,promoting the integration of standardized resource,improving the transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements.This dissertation builds a servitization mode based on global network integrated for the transition of the evolution system of servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises,design mode of operation and key points including product delivery service based on technology global network integration,modular manufacturing based on the value of network integration,system solutions services based on the customer demand.Put forward operation strategy from modular decomposition and integration,perfecting the governance mechanism of global network,business process re-design based on "Internet+".This dissertation builds a intelligent servitization mode based on the cloud platform for the senior orderly of the evolution system of servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises,design mode of operation and key points including global "internet +" collaborative manufacturing based on big data,global intelligentize market services based on the cloud platform,global user dominant design services based on the cloud platform.Put forward operation strategy from promoting the integration of information control system,promoting network coordination ability of intelligent manufacturing,strengthening the analysis and utilization of big data.This dissertation builds the appraisal model of fractal from the perspective of the system structure characteristics and distribution pattern of servitization according to the fractal evaluation theory,confirms the split point of the two dimensions respectively,judge the dominant mode and model combination of equipment manufacturing enterprises.This dissertation makes an empirical study with the Huayi Wind Energy Co.,Ltd as the research object based on study above,verifies the scientificity of the conclusion of the theoretical analysis,the feasibility and effectiveness of the choice of research method and the construction of the research model.This dissertation reveal the agent and process of servitization of the Huayi Wind Energy,put forward the combination mode and security strategy of servitization of the Envision Energy.The research and design on servitization process and servitization modes of the equipment manufacturing enterprises,and the empirical study to Huayi Wind Energy,all of these are in favour of establishing and improving theory of servitization of equipment manufacturing enterprises and management system.It provides the advanced methods supported and scientific decision basis for the choice of servitization mode of the equipment manufacturing enterprises based on GVC in China,plays an important role in improving ability and level of servitization of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in China in the international competition.
