Studies On The Impact Of Industry-University-Research Alliance Social Capital On Innovation Capabilities

Technology innovation strategy alliance have received the nation's guiding in system,because that the nation attaches importance to technology innovation and industry-university-research alliance.As the important organization form,industry-university-research alliance has played an important role to improve the ability of independent innovation in China.As the position of industry-university-research alliance innovation has sublimated in the system of improving country's capacity for independent innovation,and social capital has an obvious effect on industry-university-research alliance.There are two problems need to be addressed,the one is how to use accumulated social capital,and another is walking out a road of industry-university-research cooperation innovation which having our country's characteristic.The article analyzes the character and forming process of industry-university-research alliance social capital,the article also analyzes the influence that the industry-university-research alliance social capital paid on innovation performance.The article analyzes the function that the three dimensions of social capital paid on alliance innovation performance,using structural equation model,regression analysis,multiple mediation model and check analysis.On the basis above,the article puts forward using industry-college-institute alliance social capital to improve the innovation performance,it is convenient for our country's industry-university-research alliance make decision about using social capital correctly and efficiently,it also can provide basis for related departments in our country decision making.Firstly,the paper analyzes the implication of industry-university-research industry alliance social capital's influence on innovation performance.Through inducting and organizing the related literature and the research results at home and abroad,scientific community defined the industry-university-research industry alliance social capital's definition and connotation and analyzes it's characteristics and effects;and scientifically defined the meaning of industry-university-research industry alliance innovation performance and its measurement index.On this basis,this paper analyzes the different dimensionality of industry-university-research industry alliance social capital on the impact mechanism of innovation performance.Secondly,this paper analyzes the research of industry-university-research industry alliance social capital's impact on innovation performance.Using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)and hierarchical regression analysis,letting Knowledge Spiral and dynamic capabilities as mediator of structural capital affect innovation performance,measure Industry-University-Research Cooperation's(IURC)structural capital for the promotion of innovation performance.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the research of industry-university-research industry alliance structural capital's impact on innovation performance.Introduces organizational learning,absorbing ability to industry-university-research industry alliance structural capital's impact on innovation performance.Letting organizational learning and absorbing capacity as mediator of relational capital and innovation performance.From the result of hierarchical regression analysis,this paper analyzes the implication industry-university-research industry alliance structural capital's influence on innovation performance and function.Fourthly,the paper analysis of industry-university-research industry alliance cognitive capital on innovation performance of impact study.Mainly using second order CFA in Structural Equation Modeling(SEM),the cooperation can be divided into as mediator,this paper studies the cognitive capital's impact on innovation performance.This paper puts forward to the common language,Shared vision,similar values and cultural level as before the first order variable Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).By introducing a league atmosphere as mediator,this paper analyzes the industry-university-research industry alliance cognitive capital impact on innovation performance.Finally,from the structure,relationship and cognition's perspective of three microscopic and the overall macro policy point of view,this paper put forward the use of industry-university-research industry alliance social capital and improve the policy suggestions of industry-university-research industry alliance innovation performance of enterprises in our country,and provide the related countermeasures and suggestions for the Related partners and government agencies who make the strategic policy in cooperation.According to the article's research,we clear and definite the connotation and character of industry-college-institute alliance social capital,analyze influence mechanism that industry-college-institute alliance social capital made on innovation performance,work at the empirical analysis using structural equation and influence mechanism,obtain the related conclusion,and put forward the policy suggestion about improving the innovation performance of industry-college-institute alliance in our country.
