With the economic globalization,the market competition intensifies,the product renewal speed is quickened,the complexity and uncertainty of the innovation activity and so on,by means of seeking cooperation to improve the efficiency of innovation has become inevitably choice of the enterprises,universities and research institutes.Scholars at home and abroad both focus research on How to improve innovation through the industry-university-institute cooperation performance,with development of further research on industry-university-institute cooperation,the research gradually developed into the study of cooperative innovation network.Industry-university-institute cooperation innovation network can deliver,share resources between innovation subjects.It has important effects on innovation performance.This paper tries to research the industry-university-institute cooperation innovation network influence on innovation performance,In order to find out the method improve innovative ability of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi province.This paper is composed of six parts: the first part is based on the relevant background and the exploration of other scholars,then raise the question and clarify the research ideas;the second part combs the relevant theory of social network analysis,for providing the mechanism support;The third parts analyzes the present situation of Shaanxi high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and analyzes the practical problems in University-Industry-Research Institute cooperation in high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province.The fourth part makes the degree centrality,between centrality,closeness centrality,structural holes assumptions on the impact of innovation performance;the fifth part of the empirical argument hypothesis;the sixth part of the conclusions and put forward policy recommendations.With the help of the network analysis,the characteristics of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and the effect of networks' structure on innovation performance were analyzed using negative binomial regression fixed effect based on the joint application inventive patent data about University-Industry-Research Institute cooperation in Shaanxi's high-end equipment manufacturing industry.The network analysis shows that the collaboration between University and Industry is much active than Research-Industry,Research-University,University-Industry-Research collaboration;Moreover,most collaborations coming from universities or research in Shaanxi while the industries are outland.The empirical results indicate that degree centrality,between centrality,structural holes have positive impact on innovation performance,and closeness centrality has obvious negative impact to innovation performance.It puts forward Shaanxi's high-end equipment manufacturing industry development strategy ofinnovation driven.
