A Study On The Continuous Innovation Realization Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Nowadays,continuous innovation has been regarded as the core element of the enterprises to obtain and maintain sustainable competitive advantage in the competitive market.The fact is that the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country are challenged by the fierce market competition from both the domestic and foreign markets.Moreover,the high-end equipment and the key components' dependence on imports,the low product quality and stability of high-end equipment,the underdeveloped supporting products,the lack of contracting ability as well as inadequate high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises investment in innovation are the factors that lead to the unsatisfactory continuous innovation behavior of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and the backward situation of the realization of continuous innovation compared to developed countries.Therefore,the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises should think about how to facilitate the realization of continuous innovation and strengthen the core competitiveness.As a result,it will be extremely important for the realization of continuous innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country through the in-depth analysis of formation mechanism,the key influence factors,performance evaluation and the implementation path of continuous innovation.Firstly,based on others'researches on the content of enterprise's continuous innovation,the paper builds the forming mechanism framework of continuous innovation realization in high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.This paper analyzes the function and role from the relationship among continuous innovation power,continuous innovation capability and continuous innovation opportunity.It also carries out an empirical measure to analyze the relationship.Secondly,the paper uses grounded theory to identify the key factors of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to realize continuous innovation,build the theoretical model,through questionnaires to collect data,using AMOS method to verify the theoretical model,obtain results:organizational learning,business cooperation,continuous innovation desire are the direct positive impact for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve continuous innovation,in addition,continuous innovation desire is the direct positive impact for organizational learning and business cooperation,then is the indirect impact for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve continuous innovation,continuous innovation attitude is the direct positive impact for continuous innovation desire,then is the indirect impact for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve continuous innovation.Thirdly,the paper starts from the process of continuous innovation realization of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,study on the function of decision-making mechanism,incentives mechanism,and risk prevention mechanism for continuous innovation realization of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.First,based on the harmonious management theory perspective,analysis the process of continuous innovation realization of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,second,elaborate the content and the role of decision-making mechanisms,incentives mechanisms and risk prevention mechanisms respectively.Third,build a realizing mechanism model about continuous innovation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.Fourthly,the paper dwells on the concept features of continuous innovation realization of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,from economic performance,technological performance,social performance and ecological performance to collect evaluation index,adopts fuzzy rough set method to select high frequency audition evaluation indicators,uses maximize performance combination weight method to carry out weighting of the selected indicator system,and uses grey fixed weight clustering and evidence theory to build a performance evaluation model for continuous innovation realization of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,forms the final evaluation results and demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the above method through empirical analysis.Fifthly,the paper,on the basis of the key factors of high-end equipment cooperation.Then it has carried on the empirical validation to secure knowledge transfer and enhance the effect of enterprise cooperation.Finally,the paper highlights the four aspects to promote continuous innovation realization of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country:creating good policy environment,strengthening the construction of foundation platform,improving corporate initiatives,focusing on the major project of science and technology.
