| Geological Park(Geopark)is an important place for the protection of geological heritage,science education and the development of the tourism industry.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's geological park,many geological parks have become the important tourism destinations for the public,making an important contribution to the development of the local tourism.However,geological park have also accumulated some problems through more than 10 years' development,mainly manifested in the science popularization work.Some parks only focus on tourism economic benefits,ignoring the social benefits produced by science popularization.The combination of science popularization and tourism is an important means to promote the benign development of the geoparks.It is also significant to strengthen the work of science popularization and to develop the tourism industry.This paper takes the popular science tourism resources of Geological Park as the research object,starting from the concept of popular science tourism resources,being based on the classification of the popular science tourism resources of Geological Park,using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)method to construct the evaluation index system of different types of popular science tourism resources.Through the detailed survey of the popular science tourism resources in Danxiashan Global Geopark,we use the fuzzy mathematics method to calculate the evaluation results,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,and provide some ideas and suggestions on the feasibility of geoparks' popular science tourism resources development and construction.In addition,this paper tries to provide a useful reference for other geoparks to develop popular science tourism and plan popular science tourism lines.Through the above research,the following conclusions and understanding are mainly drawn.1.Base on the 84 declare materials of Land and Resource Science Popularization Centers(Geopark class),through analyzing and summarizing a large amount of data,combined with previous research results,the popular science tourism resources of Geopark are divided into four categories(geological-relics,biological,meteorological and humanities popular science tourism resources),11 sub categories and 35 small classes.2.Base on the classification scheme of popular science tourism resources of Geopark,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of all kinds of resources,including four grade I indexes: value attribute,natural(or humanistic)attribute,economic and social benefits and utilization,resource development potential.The grade II indexes changes with the categories.We use mathematical methods to establish the evaluation models,and the resources are divided into four grades(very high,slightly high,average and poor grade).3.Based on the four categories of the popular science tourism resources of geoparks,the popular science tourism resources of Danxiashan Global Geopark were investigated in detail.The fuzzy mathematics method was applied to classify and evaluate the tourism resources,and the evaluation results were obtained,and analyzed and summarized.The advantages of Danxia Global Geopark popular science tourism resources include aesthetic appreciation value,rarity,many kinds and large scale.There are also problems,including the low-degree combination between science popularization and tourism,the relatively weaker popular science tourism products and lines-designing,and the lower economic benefits of popular science tourism.4.According to the results,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of developing the popular science tourism of Danxiashan Global Geopark.Firstly,using the dominant resources and the characteristic elements to build tourism brand.Secondly,strengthening the connection of science popularization and tourism to develop popular science tourism products,and improve the economic benefits of popular science tourism.Thirdly,relying on the high-quality popular science tourism resources to design comprehensive and specialized popular science tourism lines.Fourthly,fully exploring the potentials of popular science tourism,and enhancing the level and attraction of interpretation through a variety of methods. |
