"JingYou" is a reflection of negative impact brought by human society overemphasizing competition,is a summary of the human development process and lessons learned,and is a common behavioral model of actors summarized and ed on the basis of reinterpretation of "natural selection,survival of the fittest".The so-called JingYou refers to the rational behaviors(including organizations and individuals)who competing to explore,know and use the evolution law of things,to show their good behavior in social organizations;and promoting the core power of human and social development is not competition,it is people's competitive advantage behaviors,to show themselves accords with the natural laws and use the natural laws to change the environment for the benefit of nature and the benefit of the human race.However,due to many subjective and objective factors,there must be some different degree in accuracy and comprehensive when behaviors try to understand and use the natural laws,so it is difficult to judge who is absolutely right;therefore,when the effect of the behaviors is analyzed and evaluated,excellent performance should be recognized as far as possible in the context of the social concern and social macro pursue.But as a developing theory,the related research of JingYou needs to be expanded and improved constantly one hand on behalf of its own rich and perfect,on the other hand to explain and deal with new emerging management issues more properly.Therefore,on the basis of existing research,and focusing on its perfection and development,this paper is constructed from three aspects,including the theory,method,and application to carry out the following main research work:(1)Construct a systematic research framework.As the theory of JingYou is original,different researchers will have different research idea and research design towards its expanding and improving,so to clarify the relationship between each part of this research and the existing research results of JingYou,and better to guide the specific research carried out as well as to provide research paradigm(path)for future study,this paper constructs a systematic research framework,on the basis of research contents,research logic,theoretical basis and the major research methods.(2)Study the behavior mechanism of JingYou.Because the relevant research of JingYou is based on the general pattern of competitive advantages behaviors,then the necessity of research on its behavior mechanism and identify its inherent law can not be ignored.This part firstly in the respect of JingYou behavior,adopting the methods of document research and logical deduction,combining with the life practice,the existing research results is analyzed and integrated,interpreting its intension from different angle,discussing its behavior characters,describing its elements and their relationship;secondly in the respect of JingYou core,adopting the methods of combining theory with practice,the characteristics,essence and interior structure,generation and evolution processes of JingYou core are expounded,thirdly according to the philosophical thought "unity of knowledge and action",JingYou mechanism is put forward with integrating the external performance of JingYou behavior and the generation and evolution processes of JingYou core.All in all,this study will not only enrich and improve the theory itself,but also strengthen the theoretical foundation for JingYou evaluation and analysis method.(3)Put forward a triangular fuzzy number evaluation and analysis method of JingYou.Due to the complexity and uncertainty of objective things,and the limitation of people's thinking ability,knowledge structure and cognitive level,the observation information is usually unable to be given by a clear number in specific forms,but presented with fuzzy or hybrid information.As the existing JingYou evaluation and analysis methods fails to deal with index values expressing by fuzzy numbers,therefore,on the basis of ideal point utility model,according to the relevant knowledge of triangular fuzzy number,respectively to the monolayer and multilayer index system,a kind of triangular fuzzy number evaluation and analysis method of JingYou is put forward,which has five functions,consisting of individual advantage characters recognition,individual agency evaluation,democratic agency evaluation,main melody analysis and behavior characteristics group identification.What's more,the feasibility and effectiveness of this kind method has been verified by examples and it will not only enrich the evaluation method system of JingYou,but also extend the evaluation perspective to fuzzy situation.(4)Put forward a hybrid information evaluation and analysis method of JingYou.Aiming at the hybrid information including clear number,interval number,linguistic assessment information,intuitionistic fuzzy numbers,and according to their conversion relationship and intuitionistic fuzzy numbers' own nature and operational rules,a kind of intuitionistic fuzzy number evaluation and analysis method of JingYou is put forward on the basis of ideal point utility model,respectively to the monolayer and multilayer index system and the five functions,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified by examples.The proposed method will not only enrich the evaluation and analysis method system of JingYou,but also extend the evaluation perspective to hybrid information situation.(5)Application of the mechanism and evaluation and analysis methods of JingYou.Based on the above theory and methods,focusing on the field of knowledge staff management,integrating and reforming the relevance function of JingYou evaluation and analysis method,R&D personnel performance evaluation method is proposed from the perspective of JingYou and personnel selection method is put forward based on competency-position fit(C-P fit).And some suggestions are proposed to solve the relevant problems through calculating and analyzing examples based on the related index data collected by questionnaires and interviews.This work will expand the application space of the JingyYou mechanism and its evaluation and analysis methods.
