The Study On Jingyou Organization And Its Operating Mechanism

Throughout the history of organization theory,all the scholars without exception have been launching the researches of the new organization theories and methods to solve the problems coming across during the organization's development under the background of the rapid and various development of the society and economy.With the coming of knowledge economy era and the increasing uncertainty of the environment,there are more and more new paradigms of organization theories coming out and most of them process the features like no boundary,relationship theory and self-organizing.Therefore,we need a new idea to gruide the organization to achieve a better and lasting development.According to the related research,most of the organizations have the problems like short-lived,cut-throat competition and organization politics,which have caused huge troubles for them.Draw lessons from the companies who have lived centuries long that mentioned in "Everlasting",written by Jerry I.Porras&Jim Collins and the management practice of Huawei and Alibaba,we understand the importance of the organization's development conception and its core value proposition.Based on the analysis above,our research puts forward to use the idea of Jingyou to guide the development of the organizations to create a Jingyou organization to adapt to the environment calmly,to lead the members to show themselves heartily and work for the organization happily.In the dissertation,we give a clear definition of the Jingyou organizartion and figure out the four core features of it,which are subjective initiative,strategic harmony,internal incentive and creative culture.Based on the problems that facing the organizations,we have a discussion of the attractiveness of Jingyou organization.On account of the mechanism of Jingyou,we explain the operating mechanism of Jingyou organization from three aspects which are motivation mechanism,guiding mechanism and safeguard mechanism.In order to put the idea of Jingyou organization into practice,our research have an exploration of how to build a Jingyou organization's operating mechanism in an organization to achieve the core features of Jingyou organization.
