At present,Chinese industrial development is growing three aspects of power,way of production and mode of development in an important transition period,at the same time,the global economy is also a weak recovery from the trough of the financial crisis,Chinese economy also have to face the cnallenges of the rapid growth going along with many criticized as the largest developing economy in the world.In fact,the scale and speed has always been an important measure of industrial development for a long time,which not only leads to a universal emphasis on output and speed up,also leads to deep problems such as waste of resources,environmental damage and weak competitiveness,especially in the economy into the new normal,European and American industrial return and catch-up by developing economies,in addition to the factors of production costs,the demographic dividend gradually,resources and environment carrying capactity to the limit and other unfavorable factors superimposed,the traditional driving force of China's industrial development is weakened,and the problem of uncoordinated production services is more prominent.In this context,how to effectively implement the development of China's industrial connotation with other industries has a strong practical significance.Chinese economy is undergoing continuously from the industrial economy to a service economy for a long-term progress,and the productive service industry with the increase of industrial relations has been gradually concerned about the supporting effect on the quality of industrial development.Logistics industry as an important part of producer services,which runs through the entire industrial production process,to solve the contradiction between its market structure and the development of industrial connotation will become an important key point and focus.Since the reform and opening up,Chinese logistics industry changes the competitive service system from monopoly system by national relevant ministries single control to quadrupedal enterprise competition.But it is important to remember that China's progressive economic system has formed a unique market structure of the logistics industry,traditional state-owned enterprise in the transformation of logistics enterprises have been dominant,other forms of logistics enterprises have yet to be further developed.So,in the context of such a staggered situation,how is the impact of the logistics industry market structure on China's industrial development?China has achieved a miraculous growth in the industrial scale of the economy as the world's largest economy under the new normal development,which has lagged behind the development of the service sector,however it is necessary to promote reform and innovation by focusing on the road of development from investment-driven to innovation-driven,production-oriented manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing,scale and speed to quality and efficiency to build a stronger industrial productivity and more developed industrial economic system for supporting each other with other industries.This dissertatation follows the research steps from the problem-oriented to the target-oriented,and comprehensive considers the quality connotation of industrial development under the support of service-growth and industrial organization theories,and summarizes the logistics industry from the market structure,and also explores the basic facts and features on industrial development from three aspects on growth power,production mode and development mode,and then makes the theoretical analysis of the influence of the market structure of the logistics industy on the development of Chinese industry,finally describes its action path.At the same time,this dissertation makes an empirical analysis of the influence of the market structure of the logistics industry on the development of Chinese industry by using OLS and panel regression.Through the analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Since the reform and opening up,the market structure of Chinese logistics has experienced the evolution of four period of growth,accompanied by changes in the transportation system Chinese logistics industry by the relevant state ministries for the single control monopoly contains the traditional state-owned enterprises transformation,emerging private and foreign investment and from the production and circulation of logistics enterprises and other properties of the main competing logistics system logistics,the competition between enterprises has been strengthened.At the same time,although other emerging private logistics enterprises and logistics enterprise's market share is rising,the logistics industry concentration is also basically showed a rising trend,but the traditional state-owned enterprise transformation of the logistics enterprise still has the absolute advantage of the market structure Chinese logistics market still belongs to the low concentration of oligopoly market structure has not changed,and there are a large regional differences,the improvement is still a lot of space.(2)No matter the area or the industry segments,or characterized by different means,the industrial growth rate,the level of technological innovation,industrial pollutant emission level showed obvious difference between region and industry segments.Regional characteristics,economic developed area industrial growth,technological innovation and industrial emissions are significantly better than the underdeveloped areas,and industrial transformation and upgrading process of the state goes through the different segments of the industry show.(3)Through the deduction of related theories,it is concluded that the market structure of the logistics industry,which is not in harmony with the economic structure,cannot meet the needs of China's industrial growth.According to the four essential characteristics of the influence of the market structure of the logistics industry on the industrial development,the industrial development mainly reflected in the industrial upgrading.In fact,one of the main functions of the logistics industry is its ability to accumulate human capital and intellectual capital,circuitous process of deepening production,promote the value chain upgrading the transfer of profits and enhancing technological innovation leading and demonstration effect and enhance the competitive advantage of different logistics service to change the market structure,and the introduction of human capital and intellectual capital production process,coordination and control of specialized production,reduce production costs,so as to promote the development of industrial system.Of course,this does not mean that the higher the concentration of the logistics industry is conducive to promoting industrial development.According to the theory of industrial organization,high concentration takes monopoly and low concentration results in insufficient competition.Therefore,it can be said that the moderate concentration of market is not only conducive to the logistics industry's own endogenous development,also has conducive to the full play of the effect of its industrial linkage mechanism,so as to promote the development of related industries.(4)The market structure of logistics industry has no significant effect on the growth of China's industrial industry,and the coefficient is negative,the main reason is that the logistics industry is still in the stage of the scale dispersion with lacking of effective competition in the study period and the lack of effective competition resulting in that the internal growth effect is not obvious.Although the labor and capital is the main factor of production,which greatly affect the structure of industry,but there are great differences between the logistics industry and industry in terms of factor productivity level and change of growth rate,and the growth of logistics industry is not strong,then the growth rate of market demand and enterprise entry rate have negative effect for logistics industry concentration,and the market structure of logistics industry has been with unchanged in fundamentals because of minor fluctuations in the logistics industry,so a non significant result is showing.In view of the important position of industry in China in the overall economy,to improve the concentration ration of the logistics industry and to improve the logistics industry market structure is nessary to make it become a new driving force for China industrial development,and promoting sustainable industrial quality and efficiency with double China and China economy is extremely important practical significance.(5)In recent years,China's economy in general has change the extensive development model with high input-low output,low level of industry,and the limited capacity on technological innovation.There is no significant and are regional differences in the impact of the market structure of the logistics industry on China's industrial technological innovation,the possible reason is that the mediating effect to technological innovation is difficult to effectively transmit because of the backwardness of logistics talents and technical,low technological innovation capability generally and loose relationship with industry.Because of the lack of innovation ability of logistics industry,the spillover ability is weak,and the feedback effect on industrial development is weaker as well.In addition,industrial correlation is quite different in the second industry,such as the industry chain is relatively short like food and tobacco industry,manufacturing industry and others,the characteristics of industry linkage are not significant with weak induction ability,which is affected by other industries is relatively small.This shows that the development of industrial integration is a very important way during China's industrial upgrading process,which can stretch the industrial chain and promote the integration between industries,then accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industries.At the same time,the improvement of economic openness and human capital level is conducive to the progress of technology innovation;scale industrial enterprises have positive impact on the industry,and the number of patent applications and new product sales revenue share,also there is a positive correlation between the traffic infrastructure and industrial technology innovation.(6)There is a negative correlation between the market structure of the logistics industry and the intensity of industrial pollutant emissions,that is to say,the improvement of the market concentration ratio of the logistics industry is conducive to reduce the intensity of industrial pollutants emissions,which is conducive to industrial emission reduction.But at present,the intensity of industrial pollutant emissions is not significant,the fundamental reason behind the result lies in the problem of logistics industry itself development,especially the irrationbal market structure of logistics industry.That is because the importance of the construction of the industry's own mechanism is greater than the interaction between industries in the process of inter industry interaction.In addition,the service behavior and the lower scale on logistics enterprises restrain the efficiency of the capital allocation.Specifically,the capital allocation efficiency will be subject to lower market concentration of logistics industry.That is the flow of capital between industries has been blocked due to “intestinal obstruction”,thus the reduction of emission intensity of industrial “three wastes” is limited in China.At the same time,economies of scale,capital,human capital and industrialization,the lag period of GDP per capita and the strength of environmental regulation on emission of industrial pollutants has significant negative effect that these growth variables(improvement)were beneficial to the industrial pollution emissions intensity.(7)It,which the historical changes of the market structure of the logistics industry and the rapid development of the industry in the reform,determines the relationship of the short term and variability between the logistics market structure and industrial development.The empirical parts can be found,the possible reasons behind the results is not the same between the development process of China industrial and the change of logistics industry market structure,which shows that the industry has a rapid development,the overall effect is rising,so the whole development mechanism is in a state of optimization,which is due to the strengthening of endogenous,while the changes in market structure of the logistics industry is relatively smooth,there is only a slight fluctuation.Obviously,there are obvious differences in the production mechanism of the two types of industrial sectors,there is a mismatch between departments,which leads to the impact of the market structure of the logistics industry on industrial debelopment is not obvious,which largely dues to its insufficiency effect of the industry linkage mechanism,namely the endogenous development of the logistics industry is not enough or even decreased,which may become weak of accepting feedback ability from other industries,so it begins to hinder its support for industrial development and unconspicuous.This dissertation also puts forward the following suggestions: improving the government behavior distorted the allocation of resources,the creation of the policy of industrial development,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;improve the convergence of the basic network smoothly,adjust industrial layout,and promote the integration of logistics service under the support of development;the implementation of regional differences of policy of logistics development,narrowing the gap of regional logistics development and to promote the regional harmonious development;marketization and industrialization to further promote and improve,contribute to the creation of industrial technology innovation to create a good market environment;"logistics + industrial information standardization of cloud platform,promote the information exchange between the industry,providing information sharing support;enhanced focus on improving the level of human capital,to better support of industrial technology innovation and industrial emissions;push the implementation of the international development and industrial layout,the" going out" Strategy goes hand in hand.
