The research in this paper China coal mine machinery and equipment limited liability company commissioned our high-end fully mechanized mining equipment theory and key technology research "project,research on the vibration characteristics of scraper conveyor twist:(1)From the incentive,incentive and fault of scraper conveyor cargo line form the aspects of incentive incentive factors,establish corresponding incentive model,to provide the basis for follow-up study of multi factor coupling of scraper conveyor offset load and torsional vibration characteristics.(2)Voigt model and establish the system of scraper chain of point to point tension method based on torsion vibration.The role of incentive model to study motivation,incentive and fault cargo route form this caused several excitation of torsional vibration system with scraper chain scraper chain system torsional vibration under the previous studies on the mechanism of excitation before rear has no material conditions,the vibration characteristics of the scraper chain system twist.Through the numerical simulation of the vibration characteristics of the scraper group incentive on different conditions and twist,find influencing factors,scraper scraper group group vibration vibration and chain tension variation.Study on the influence of torsional vibration in regional material loading process,card chain conditions and a scraper bending section condition and attenuation characteristics.According to the different conditions of torsional vibration influence area and attenuation characteristics,to solve the reliability and accuracy of the premise,to determine the maximum number of different sections along the scraper torsion vibration unit,the construction of torsional vibration model provides the basis for realization of abbreviations,vibration machine conveyor pendulum model can be solved.(3)Using the Voigt model,this paper constructs the previous point tension method of torsional vibration model of longitudinal and torsional contractions,coupled vibration mechanical model of scraper chain system,incentive,incentive and fault cargo route form excitation,longitudinal and torsional vibration characteristics of scraper chain system.(4)Based SGZ1000/1050 type scraper conveyor supporting Phi 38 * 137 link as the research object,using the finite element nonlinear dynamic finite element software ABAQUS to establish the two ring chain model,on both ends in the scraper torsional vibration boundary condition under the chain of instant contact process dynamics simulation.Using the previous research materials and loading conditions of chain card simulation data as input data of finite element simulation,the research on the load and boundary conditions,two conditions of each link of the stress and strain distribution and change with time curve,get the material loading condition and the chain link card condition changes in stress and strain the law,and provide basis for the chain of life prediction and calculation of safety factor for the follow-up etc.(5)Based on the National Bureau of energy research(experimental)experimental study of fully mechanized mining equipment simulation test center construction of the torsional vibration characteristics of scraper conveyor.The chain link test device and the vibration acceleration test device are introduced to test the vibration process,the stress and strain of the chain,and the vibration of the scraper in different conditions.The data of the link sensors in the scraper conveyor under normal operating conditions are calibrated and the data collected are processed and analyzed.
