Coal mine is an important energy source in our country,and has a strategic position in the economic development of our country.In China's coal mining,more and more mechanized mining machinery and equipment applied to this,the main equipment of shearer,scraper conveyor,conveyor,hydraulic support delivery,these mechanical equipment for high efficiency coal mine has made an important contribution.Among them,scraper conveyor is an important comprehensive transportation equipment,its safe and stable operation is one of the important factors to ensure coal mining.In order to ensure the normal and safe operation of the scraper conveyor,it is necessary to carry out real-time tension detection.In this paper,a kind of self-powered device based on mechanical vibration is proposed,the vibration energy produced by the scraper conveyor in the working process will be converted into electrical energy effectively.And the feasibility of the power generation device is verified by the simulated vibration test bed,which proves that the device can provide steady power supply for the scraper conveyor tension detection system.The main research contents are as follows:1?A detailed introduction has been made on the basic theory of piezoelectric material power and the characteristics of the piezoelectric vibrator,choose suitable piezoelectric ceramics and substrate,getting the inherent frequency of frequency and power output formula through the vibration theory for vibration analysis of the piezoelectric vibrator.2?The generating principle of the power generation device is expounded:when the natural frequency of the generator is the same as that of the outside environment,the performance of the generator will be the best.And the vibration frequency and amplitude of the scraper are determined by the the vibration curve in the vertical direction which is simulated by vibrational differential equation of the scraper conveyor.3?The static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are carried out by using Workbench software.The optimum size of piezoelectric ceramic and substrate and the weight of the mass are determined through the analysis of the quality,the influence of the width and length of natural frequency,which makes the natural frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator is close to the environment vibration frequency,and the harmonic response analysis is used to determine the piezoelectric vibrator meet the strength requirement.Two kind of piezoelectric power generation device are designed based on the basis of the above:side by side and multiple direction,and find that the power generation device and the environmental vibration frequency close to the natural frequency through the modal analysis,which satisfies the requirement of power generation.4?Build the simulated vibration test bed,and use vibration detection equipment to verify the work of vibration signal firstly in order to make sure that the vibration signals is close to scraper conveyor working vibration environment,then the power generation device are tested respectively and find the maximum DC voltage of two kinds of devices can reach respectively 5.25V and 3.84V,the maximum is 10.65mA and 15.29mA.Finally,taking "Zhangjiakou national energy mining equipment R&D experimental center project" as an example,the project adopts the method of the structural modification of the scraper to install the strain gauge and the wireless acquisition module to detect the tension of the scraper,and the voltage of the detection system required for is 2V or 5V,current 10-15mA,power generation device can meet the required electric energy,indicating from the side that the power generation device for the scraper conveyor tension detection is feasible in the testing.
