The crude oil produced in China is mostly transported in the way of heating transportation. In the process of long-distance transportation, the energy consumption will increase due to the unreasonable operating parameter. Thus it is necessary to conduct systematic study and analysis on the energy conservation of crude oil pipeline. The crude oil pipeline system consists of tabulation and oil transportation station which can be heat station, pump station or heat pump station. The existing systematic energy-consumption analysis and evaluation of present oil pipeline all base on the analysis of single equipment, and the energy conservation control of process system has not been carried out to form a systematic measure, which can guide the energy-use test, evaluation and analysis of oil pipeline system.The energy balance analysis of some pipeline and oil transportation station is done in this paper. From the point of energy-consumption, the evaluation indexes are proposed, and according to the pipeline energy-consumption characteristics, the evaluation index system of oil pipeline system is constructed on this basis. The way of level analysis is used to evaluate and analyze the energy efficiency index and ultimately evaluate the energy efficiency level of each equipment unit. According to the relation between membership and weight, the position of maximum energy consumption in the tabulation and the corresponding reason are analyzed. And each index of enhancing energy efficiency was adjusted pointedly. In addition, the energy conservation evaluation of energy-consumption unit, namely heating furnace, in heat station is done. It is found that the effect of evaluation index on heat efficiency is large when load rates are different. And it is the first time to use load rate as an index to evaluate the operation state of heating furnace. The weight of different indexes is also calculated. The energy-saving monitor of the single unit and energy efficiency index system of pipeline system are combined together to analyze the energy-consumption status of pipeline, in order to find the way to improve pipeline energy efficiency.
