With the rapid development of china civil aviation,the increase in traffic volume and number of passengers,the civil aviation enterprises,such as an airport,make profits and under pressure from the risk management of civil aviation safety.The staff faces more and more interference factors because of the increasingly complex social environment.The proportion of the airport insecurity incidents caused by human is increasing.This dissertation focuses on the core area of the airport,researches human risks contagion mechanism and immune system from the perspective of biological theory.It explores a new model of risks evolution and control.The main contents of the dissertation are as follows: Firstly,the connotation,characteristics and form of human risks in airport flight area are defined.The characteristics and composition of the biological contagion mechanism,immune system and safety management system of human risks in the airport flight area are described.Through the comparative analysis of them,bionic properties of the human risks safety management system in the airport flight area are summarized.Secondly,the characteristics and constitution of human risks pathogens in the airport flight area are summarized.The hypothesis of human risks' sources in the airport flight area is assumed based on the questionnaires and the interview surveys from four dimensions,business quality,interpersonal relationship,physiological state and psychological state.The dominant factors of human risks contagion system in the airport flight area are verified by the Structural Equation Model.The results showed that four dimensions are significantly related to human risks.Thirdly,the contagion process model of airport flight area human risks is constructed by the SEIRS epidemic disease model based on the applicability of the method.Model simulation results show that latent group,contagion group and immune group all finally tend to zero balance no matter in the early stage,the middle stage or the late stage of the risks contagion.Fourthly,the theoretical model and differential equations of airport flight area human risks contagion behavior is constructed.Compared simulation is composed between different system contagion intensity coefficient and different groups of positive and negative attitude towards human risks contagion.Fifthly,an immune system for safety of human risks in the airport flight area is built.The development of the specific immunization program,the nonspecific immune program and the variant specific immunization program in the immune process are analyzed.The whole framework and content of the immune system are analyzed.The immune recognition mechanism model is constructed based on the True-value Negative Selection Algorithm.Taking the two indicators of business quality and interpersonal relationship as an example,the simulation of the recognition mechanism is carried out.The result shows that the True-value Negative Selection Algorithm in the immune recognition mechanism of human risks is conducive to improve the accuracy of the identification.Finally,system phased risks management and control strategy,system genetic immune enhancement strategy,learning and memory enhancement strategy are putforward.The main innovation points of this dissertation are summed up.Firstly,a contagion process model of human risks in airport flight area is constructed based on the theory of contagion diseases.The contagion process is more intuitive through the simulation of the model.Secondly,the dynamic model of airport flight area human risks contagion behavior is constructed.Thirdly,the immune process of human risks in the airport flight area is revealed.Fourthly,the human risks immune identification mechanism in the airport flight area is constructed based on the artificial immune theory.The accuracy and intelligence of immune recognition are improved.
