With the increase in the number of aircraft in China,the problem of airport congestion has become more prominent.The most effective way to improve the capacity of airports is to increase the number of runways.Therefore,major airports have begun to build multiple runways in one airport to meet the growing number of flights.The number and variety of multirunway configurations may cause safety problems in aircraft operations.Before the official run of the Beijing Daxing International Airport and Chengdu Tianfu International Airport,study the collision risk of aircraft running on the lateral runways.The layout of the airport multi-runway is diverse.Generally speaking,the parallel runways is the mainstream configuration of China's large hub airport,and the relevant research theories are also relatively mature.Since China is about to start running the lateral runways,this paper takes the actual operation of the aircraft on the lateral runways as the research object,gives the research results of relevant theories.The main research work is as follows:1.Since the lateral runways has not been operated in China,the relevant operational regulations and operation modes are not clear.Therefore,this paper reviews the operation of foreign lateral runways by consulting a large amount of foreign materials,and analyzes the operational strategies of foreign lateral runways.From the perspective of safe operation management,this paper expounds the relevant regulations on the operation of intersecting runways in foreign countries,and finally summarizes the possible operation modes of the lateral runways.2.Considering the actual operation of the aircraft on the lateral runways,firstly,the motion of the approaching aircraft is divided into four stages.The kinematics model of the aircraft is established for the actual motion state of each stage,and then the acceleration error and flight technical error are considered.The impact of aircraft position error,and the avoidance measures of the air collision avoidance system are considered in the collision risk model,and the operational collision risk of the aircraft on the lateral runways is evaluated to make the calculation result more reasonable.3.In order to calculate the collision risk of the aircraft more accurately,it is convenient for the controller to grasp the timing of issuing the command in real time,and propose the concept of the lateral runways approach protection zone.Calculate the range of the approach protection zone,the controller judges whether the aircraft is within the scope of the protection zone based on the location of the approaching aircraft,and thus more intuitively issues instructions to the departing aircraft to improve work efficiency and reduce aircraft collision risk.
