The construction industry has always been a pillar industry in C hina,and has played a very important role in promoting the overall development of the society and the growth of the national economy.The engineering construction standard is of great significance to the development of the national economy and engineering construction technology.It needs to be stipulated in the whole country,and the technical requirements of the engineering construction are controlled and guided by the national level.In the field of Construction Engineering in China,the violation of mandatory standards,standards and even non adoption of standards has occurred,resulting in constant security problems in the field of construction and the loss of people's lives and society.Construction enterprises are important implementers of engineering projects.As the main implementation units adopted by mandatory standards,it plays a key role in ensuring the effective adoption of compulsory standards.The way and degree of adoption of mandatory standards directly determines the quality of constructio n projects.In addition,with the upgrading of the construction industry,new technology,new materials,new technology and new equipment are also emerging in the field of construction engineering.It is necessary for the construction enterprises to continuously supplement and improve the construction process for the new recommended standards during the construction process,and to continuously supplement and improve the construction process.Enhance the utility of recommended standards in the field of cons truction engineering,thereby promoting the healthy development of the construction industry.Therefore,how to control the compulsory standard adoption behavior of the industrial and industrial enterprises and encourage the adoption behavior of the recommended standard is an important problem related to the healthy and long-term development of the construction field.This paper,based on the actual situation of the development of China's construction industry,discusses the deep reasons for the alienation of the adoption behavior of the construction standards,and systematically studies the standard adoption behavior of the construction enterprises during the construction of the project.The main purpose of this study is to explore the mechanism of the adoption behavior of the construction standards and to accurately grasp the construction standards.Adopt the behavior trend,effectively control and optimize the standard adoption behavior of alienation,avoid the unreasonable phenomenon of construction quality safety and environmental pollution caused by the alienation of construction standard adoption behavior,provide theoretical method for the effective adoption of construction standards,and promote the safety and sustainability of the construction field.Sustainable construction and development.Based on the information asymmetry theory,dynamic game theory and principal-agent theory,this paper reviews and summarizes the relevant literature of the standards and engineering construction standards,and on the basis of the existing research results,makes a study on the basis of the information asymmetry theory,the dynamic game theory and the principal-agent theory.According to the subject of adoption behavior of engineering construction standards,the concept system of adoption behavior of engineering construction standards is analyzed in depth,which lays a foundation for the research.In this paper,the problems and motivation mechanism of standard adoption in construction enterprises are analyzed in detail,and more clear research ideas are determined.According to the motivation and basic attributes of the Adoption Behavior Alienation of the construction enterprise standard,the adoption behavior of the construction standard is divided into two categori es: one is the opportunistic behavior embedded in the economic rationality produced in the process of the compulsory standard adoption behavior,and the two is the indeterminacy in the recommended standard acceptance.On the basis of qualitative analysis,on the basis of qualitative analysis,game theory is used to construct the game model respectively,and the dynamic adoption behavior of the relevant parties in all kinds of standard adoption behavior is clarified,and the optimization of the incentive behavior for the implementation of the compulsory construction standard adoption behavior and the recommendation standard adoption is made.Lay the comprehensive analysis of the parameters of incentive and punishment and the addition of consumer satisfaction parameters in the incentive optimization contract.From the theoretical level,the effective control constraints and incentive optimization of the construction enterprise standard adoption behavior are provided.Combined with the basic conclusions drawn from theoretical analysis,a feasible constraint control and incentive optimization model for adoption behavior of engineering construction standards is put forward.According to the behavior guidance mechanism,behavior standard mechanism,behavior constraint supervision mechanism and behavior continuous mechanism,we should manage the adoption behavior of engineering construction standards.Based on information disclosure,the regulation efficiency enhancement mechanism of mandatory standard adoption behavior and recommended standard of embedded reputation contract are adopted.From the contract design,we should make up for the deficiencies of the regulatory mechanism and incentive mechanism,and ensure the effective implementation of mandatory standards and recommended standards.In order to verify the validity of parameter design in the contract of constraint control and incentive optimization,the relevant theoretical knowledge of cellular automata is used to simulate the adoption behavior of compulsory standard adoption behavior and recommended standard,and the simulation experiment is designed by establishing the simulation model,and the simulation of the standard adoption behavior of the construction enterprise is realized.The evolution process of the standard adoption behavior of the construction enterprise is observed clearly and intuitively,and the influence of the parameters on the standard adoption behavior of the construction enterprise is verified,and the countermeasures and suggestions to standardize the adoption behavior of the construction standard are put forward.In view of the existing problems in the adoption of China's engineering construction standards,this paper studies the adoption and acceptance of the construction enterprises.In theory,it can further enrich the research theory and method of the construction standards of China's engineering,and put forward the advantages of controlling and recommending standard adoption behavior of compulsory standard adoption behavior.This method also has some reference significance for the implementation and adoption of standards in the field.
