For a long time,due to the characteristics of construction enterprises,there has been a problem of extensive management and low efficiency in the field of engineering construction in China.In the process of modernization development,construction companies have used modern information technology to reform the traditional management model and improve the management level.The informationization of engineering construction management is the general trend.The term"Building Information Model"?BIM?,which was introduced into the construction industry in 2002,is profoundly affecting China's construction companies.BIM is not only a technological change,but also a change in production and management methods[1].In the actual project,the BIM technology is used to efficiently establish and optimize the engineering model,and the engineering quantity and cost information are analyzed accurately,realizing the redistribution of the industry chain and the collaborative management of project-level enterprises based on the Internet.ERP system is the product of the combination of advanced management mode and information technology in the past two decades.This system has been widely used in developed countries.However,as far as China is concerned,ERP is leading in the application of high-informatization manufacturing industry.In general,ERP system The implementation success rate is relatively low,and the application in the construction industry is lagging behind.In addition,the foreign ERP software has the problem of?acclimatization?in the process of directly introducing to China.Therefore,this paper conducts in-depth research on the adoption of ERP in construction enterprises.On the basis of adopting theory,it finds the key factors affecting the adoption of BIM-based ERP system,and provides construction companies with ideas and methods for analyzing problems in building ERP systems,also provides software suppliers,relevant government management departments and other related systems construction participating units with suggestions and countermeasures.It is of great significance to promote the informationization work of China's construction industry.This paper studies the adoption of ERP systems in construction companies.Firstly,it analyzes the informationization status of China's construction enterprises,including BIM and ERP,summarizes the problems and the causes of the problems,and concludes that the application level of information technology in China's construction enterprises can not meet the actual needs.In view of the lack of basic information and collaborative work in the ERP application process,this paper proposes a BIM-based ERP system,demonstrating the necessity and feasibility of the combination of the two.Secondly,in order to ensure the rigor of the research process and the scientific nature of the research conclusions,this paper adopts the research methods of combining qualitative and quantitative,theory and empirical.This paper conducts theoretical and empirical research on the adoption model of BIM-based ERP system.In terms of theory,this paper studies the theoretical system of information technology adoption,and expounds the connotation and research results of each typical theory.This paper focuses on UTAUT2 theory,and based on the UTAUT2model,it analyzes and summarizes the eight influencing factors of BIM-based ERP system in the construction industry.In terms of case exploration,this paper takes a large-scale construction enterprise in China as an example,analyzes a series of measures and practical difficulties in the development of BIM-based ERP system,and identifies four key factors in the adoption process of this system.Further supplementation and improvement on the basis of preliminary analysis and induction.This paper combines the theory and the entity case,summarizes the factors affecting the adoption of BIM-based ERP system,and the relationship of factors,and establishes a theoretical adoption model.In the aspect of empirical research,this paper designs a questionnaire for research questions,analyzes the reliability and validity of the recovered data by SPSS software,and uses AMOS software to establish a structural equation model.After the relevant corrections to the model,the model that affects the adoption of the BIM-based ERP system is obtained,and the research hypothesis is verified and analyzed.Finally,according to the research conclusions,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the construction enterprises,relevant departments and software suppliers to promote the successful adoption of ERP system.
