The report on the 19 th NCCPC points out that China’s economy and society have entered a stage of high-quality development.As an important part of China’s national economy,construction industry has also entered a new era of high-quality development.But how to promote the high quality development of construction industry in the new era is a new proposition.At present,the construction industry faces many difficulties in achieving high-quality development.However,the emergence of BIM Technology has laid a good foundation for solving these difficulties.Therefore,the application of BIM Technology in the construction field is an important factor for the development of the industry at this stage.Building Information Model(BIM)technology has been introduced into China for more than 10 years,while scope of its research has been expanding,and has been widely used in related disciplines.However,from the perspective of the entire construction industry,the application status of BIM Technology is not optimistic,and the promotion of BIM Technology has reached a plateau.The theory of Information Technology Adoption provides a research perspective of the adoption of BIM Technology.In essence,BIM Technology is also an information technology.Therefore,from the organizational level,this thesis studies the factor that influence BIM Technology Adoption in the construction industry.This thesis first uses the form of literal review to introduce the development process of information technology.Then it clarifies the concept of BIM,the application status of BIM Technology at home and abroad,and the difficulties encountered in the field of BIM Technology Adoption.Secondly,it takes the TTF theory in the theory of IT adoption as the research framework,and adds the research framework in the organization support,in order to put forward relevant research hypotheses and builds BIM Theoretical model of technology adoption.Through the analysis of PLS-SEM,we made a hypothesis test of 200 survey data,and drew several very interesting conclusions:(1)Job Characteristics positively affect Task Technology Fit;(2)Task Technology Fit positively affect Organizational Support;(3)Job Characteristics positively affect Organizational Support through the middle variable Task technology fit;(4)Job characteristics positively affect organizational support;(5)Task Technology Fit positively influences BIM Adoption Intention;(6)Job Characteristics positively influences BIM Adoption Intention through intermediary variable Task Technology Fit;(7)Organization Support positively influences BIM Adoption Intention;(8)Task Technology Fit positively influences BIM Adoption Intention through intermediary variable Organizational Support;(9)Job Characteristics positively influences BIM Adoption Intention through intermediary variable Organizational Support;(10)Job Characteristics positively influence BIM Adoption Intention through Task Technology Fit and Organizational Support of dual mediators.Finally,through the conclusion of the study,the thesis puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for BIM Technology promotion work.Moreover,it points out the weakness of this study,as well as the new direction and focal point for the research in the next stage.
