During the "12th five-year plan" and "13th five-year plan",China constantly increased investment in urban rail transit projects to solve the contradiction between the surging traffic demand due to the growth of urban population and the insufficient supply of public transport during the urbanization process.Urban rail transit is a typical large complex and high-risk engineering project.In order to avoid construction safety accidents,construction safety risk management has become a routine work that must be carried out in the construction process.Construction safety risk management belongs to the knowledge intensive work,managers need a lot of information and knowledge to make reasonable and objective risk decisions,but the construction safety risk management are faced with a lack of knowledge support,knowledge cannot continue to accumulate and information system cannot provide knowledge support services,hindering the achievement of safety goals and the continuous improvement of management level.To solve the above problems,this dissertation introduce the theory of knowledge management into the field of urban rail transit construction safety risk management,clarify the mechanisms and methods of knowledge support to solve knowledge continuous accumulation,storage and reuse accurately,in order to timely provide managers with the required knowledge and support the completion of safety risk decision-making.First of all,based on the theories of system theory,cybernetics,information theory,knowledge Ba,knowledge flow and knowledge integration,the knowledge support mechanism is discussed from three aspects: the impact of knowledge support on risk management of urban rail transit construction(objective),knowledge support process(process)and knowledge support structure(structure).At the objective level,the structure and working process of the construction safety risk management system should be clarified,and then the impact and improvement effect of knowledge support structure and selectivity on the working process should be clarified based on information constraint and information processing.On the process level,the structure and selectivity of knowledge support are explained by the formation and evolution of knowledge structure and the role of knowledge Ba in knowledge flow.Two different knowledge support modes,"soft support" and "hard support",are proposed and the process of knowledge support is expounded.At the structure level,a domain knowledge support structure is constructed to integrate domain knowledge and domain knowledge Ba context so that it has structural and selective characteristics.Then,a "pyramid" model of knowledge support mechanism for urban rail transit construction safety risk management is proposed.Then,in order to reveal the structure of knowledge support structure,the method of building knowledge support structure including domain knowledge analysis method and domain knowledge field analysis method is proposed.the domain knowledge analysis method is established on the basis of natural language processing,text mining,co-occurrence analysis,association rules and hypothesis testing,and forms four domain knowledge analysis patterns and corresponding rules,then the knowledge structure of construction safety risk management,consisting of 1583 domain knowledge elements,4 categories of topics,11 sub-categories of topics and "know-x",is constructed with the help of four knowledge analysis patterns.The domain knowledge Ba analysis method is based on the phenomenon of "knowledge Ba context collapse" and the methods of literature analysis and content analysis.16 domain knowledge Ba context factors are clarified through the process of recognition,classification,selection and determination,and 1031 corresponding context factor components are revealed.On this basis,a domain knowledge support structure integrating domain knowledge and domain knowledge field context is established.Finally,the realization method of knowledge support of urban rail transit construction safety risk management is studied,that is,the knowledge support system platform with knowledge support function is constructed.Among them,the ontology is used to create the domain knowledge support structure ontology so as to achieve the integration of domain knowledge and domain knowledge Ba from the semantic level,and then the knowledge support structure ontology is embedded into the knowledge support system by Java,database and other technologies,and the corresponding database and human-computer interaction interface are set up.Furthermore,the interaction between the construction safety risk manager and the knowledge support system is explained from the storage and reuse of the knowledge in the management process,so as to ensure the continuous structural accumulation and differential supply of the knowledge in accordance with the domain knowledge support structure,and finally,the goal of knowledge support manager’s safety risk decision is achieved...
