| With the rapid development of industrial technology,product design has changed from “production-oriented” of traditional industrial manufacturing concept to “user-oriented” of modern market-driven design.Aiming at the user-oriented product image design system,based on the theoretical framework of Kansei Engineering,this dissertation proposes a research method of product image design decision system for high-speed train seat design.Firstly,the design element system of high-speed train seat is re-analyzed and divided into three-dimensional cognitive system of “environment dimension(environmental element)-horizontal dimension(component element)-vertical dimension(formal element)”,and then the weight of cognitive impact of each element within the system is clarified.The impact factors affecting the product image design are obtained using the quantitative analysis method.Focusing on the two most influential elements of form and color,Grey Relational Analysis(GRA)-Fuzzy Logic Model is applied to construct product form and color image design system.Combined with Delphi method and utility optimization model,the hybrid optimization model of product image design is obtained,and finally the product image design decision system based on Kansei Engineering is constructed.Combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative research,subjective research and objective tests,this dissertation studies the seat design of high-speed train as an application case.The experimental results show that the method is feasible and conducive to promoting and optimizing the product image design process.The specific research steps and contents are as follows:(1)Through the comparative analysis of high-speed train system and various public transportation systems,the commonalities and characteristics of the user requirements of the respective seat systems are explored.Based on the influence of user cognition,the design elements of train seat are explored,and the three-dimensional cognitive system of “environment dimension(environmental element)-horizontal dimension(component element)-vertical dimension(formal element)” is studied.On the level of “environment dimension”,according to the average fixation time,the cognitive weight of the train seat in each element of train carriage is obtained by the experiment;On the level of “horizontal dimension”,the image cognition weight of the design element of each seat component is obtained through the expert panel and ergonomics analysis;In the aspect of “vertical dimension”,according to the product image design research method based on Kansei Engineering experiment,the form,color,material and texture are used as the design elements of vertical dimension.Through Quantification Theory Type I,the importance d egree and priority ranking of the design elements affecting the train seat Kansei image are obtained.The above research results are the basis for constructing the Kansei image database of train seat form and color respectively,and the qualitative decision system of the high-speed train seat image design is established.(2)GRA-Fuzzy Logic Model of train seat form design and product image is constructed.Firstly,the grey relational analysis is used to effectively identify the form design sub-elements affecting product image.Secondly,the membership functions of input and output linguistic variables are defined according to the fuzzy control theory,and the fuzzy rules corresponding to product image are built up.Finally,the GRA-Fuzzy Logic Model of prod uct form image design is objectively constructed.The experimental results show that the model is effective for predicting the product form design affecting product image,and is beneficial to promoting and optimizing the product form design process.(3)GRA-Fuzzy Logic Model of train seat color design and product image is constructed.Firstly,the representative samples are selected and filled with CIE Lab color system as representative samples.Then,the color experiment samples are studied.Through seven-point Likert scale,the Kansei image evaluation of experimental samples is carried out.The influence degree of color sub-element on product image is analyzed by grey relational analysis,and the relationship between product color and Kansei image is explored by using fuzzy logic model.Finally,the GRA-Fuzzy Logic Model of product color image design is constructed objectively.The experimental results show that the system is effective for predicting the effect of product color for product image,and is conducive to promoting and optimizing the product color design process.(4)Based on the above experimental analysis and research,a set of design decision system for optimizing the train seat image design and evaluation is summarized.The product image design decision system based on Kansei Engineering is helpful for designers to predict and evaluate the product image,optimize and promote the intelligent trend of product design process more efficiently.According to the analysis of intelligent technology of product image design,based on the intelligent development background in the future,the intelligent node system of product image design decision optimization system is constructed. |
