This article is mainly to use women in the tang and song poetry image and ugliness image as the research object,based on the analysis of these two types of imagery about the poetry's density and the "meaning"' s change,discussing how the tang poetry turn to song.The first chapter is the study of female imagery in poetry,respectively use four types of images as the main research,which include Gaotang goddesses;Ban Jieyu,Wang Zhaojun and Chen Ejiao,the representative image of palace poems;the ugly woman,old woman,healthy woman and mule in general xu fu poetry;and prostitutes.From the image density,there are less imagery of goddesses and prostitutes with love metaphor in song poetry than tang poetry.However,a large number of imagery of ugly woman,old woman,healthy woman and mule with energetic mean appeared.From the performance of the "meaning" in the image,the transformation of Gaotang goddesses from love goddess to Mrs Huayang who with dignity and talent gesture and take across sentient beings universally by benevolence is especially obvious.And most of the maid-in-waiting in the palace poems are free from sorrow for the individual,then turn into a moral integrity,with initiative strong-willed women in front of fate.Prostitutes image abandoned tender feelings sweet meaning,turn to literati and loyalty.In general,poets in song dynasty pay more attention to female's virtue than their beautiful appearance,which makes the song poetry in female images and female images in tang poems have great changes,the effect of the poetry style' s change can' t be ignored.Finally we make analysis to authors from the female imagery in poetry,one is that compared with tang poetry writers,song writers have rare spirit of self-examination,this spirit is mainly on the self-criticism by female image to the literary intelligentsia class.The second is to the typical of the song dynasty represented by Jiangxi poetry,they prefer to use the image of ugly woman,old woman,healthy woman,etc.Second chapter is the study of ugliness imagery in poetry.First of all,to define this ugliness imagery in this article,and for the tang of ugliness imagery appear in the literature to do a simple backtracking.The next main part divides the ugliness imagery into two categories to discuss,"Real ugliness image"(things can' t cause aesthetics under the normal)and "Abnormal ugliness image "(the distortion of the normal things).In the tang dynasty,real ugliness image appears in the represented by Vatican volunteers poem of Folk literature and Buddhist literature.The ugliness image in scholar-bureaucrat poetry mostly appear after the An lushan.Among then,the influence of the innovation spirit,disgraced and Buddhism,these images are generally evoke unpleasant emotions,represent the absolute evil.Relatively speaking,ugliness image in song poetry shows two new features,one is to make it as a real life,the second is reason things out with ugliness image as the object,poets' emotional tendency to ugliness image toward easy and gentle.In the following study of abnormal images,under the discussion of disease image with the help of using Bakhtin dialogue theory,analysing song people to tang dynasty poets' represented by Bai juyi attitude to diseases of the inheritance and beyond,the song people get rid of the religious and secular comfort,steering through the pursuit of the path to inner gain more freedom from disease.In the blight image research section,through to the crane,broken houses,dead and withered lotus,ugly stone,and such as image analysis,to look the poets change in mentality and aesthetic fashion.The third section is mainly borrowed Walter salinger's criticism theory discuss that under partisan environment,poetry of tang and song dynasty poems disease of "abstract" style characteristics.The last part of this chapter analysis the ugliness image influx of reason in song poetry.Look from the poet's understanding of poetry,in addition to create a path of former generation of inheritance and innovation consciousness,is mainly because sung people awareness of poetic nature has changed,this change is from romantic and will poetry to poetry expresses.Ugliness image is difficult to arouse people of pleasant feelings and noble,but it gives the poem expresses the new material.In this article,the third chapter is the concluding chapter.Because the female image and ugliness image that occupies a position cannot be ignored in the poetry,so it can be seen from the analysis of these two sets of image group that two important characteristics of song poetry,one is the sublation of the sad emotion,the second is to shift from feminine beauty to masculine beauty on the style.The first characteristic appears,song dynasty new-Confucianism optimism metaphysics' thought and the song dynasty literary intelligentsia advocated by the intellectuals personality tenacity are both contributed.And the second characteristic is mainly show by the lofty moral sense,rational spirit and the rigid spirit in the song poetry.
