Mongolian is the ethnic group in China's history that established the feudal centralism of governmental system when they come into central plains.In the first stage of confronting Confucius Culture,the Mongolian,especially their leaders who gradually forge all kinds of thoughts of how to cultivate the young Mongolian into one,the core of which is Paying attention to the function of Confucianism that can do rule the government successfully for at lest thousands years.In another hand,the Mongolian rulers want to cultivate Mongolian elite as the future leaders.The kind of educational philosophy is based on the Mongolian attitudes on different ethnic culture,that in the process of absorption of advanced ethnic culture,the Mongolian rulers also emphasize their native culture inheritance and development.At last,the Mongolian rulers choose Confucius Culture and treat it as the main doctrine of cultivating the offspring,and that shows Mongolian made initiative cultural options due to cultural adaptation.In the process of ethnic interaction,the Mongolian rulers also very care to avoid being assimilated by other ethnic cultures.Therefore,they underlined the function of education in order to cultivate the Mongolian elite.The Mongolian rulers' education ideology gave the education development of Yuan Dynasty characters of ethnic discrimination,that is can be found in the process of all kinds of education.But undeniable,the Mongolian rulers were good at learning through to complete the process of their cultural initiative options.And this attitude is based on Mongolian traditional view of different cultures.In the time of Yuan Dynasty,the natural science develops well.And in order to cultivate the professional offspring,the Mongolian ruler inherited the training mode for professional talents that can be rooted from Tang Dynasty and Song Dynasty,by setting exclusive schools to train professionals.And the vast territory provides maximum possible to exchange the eastern and western culture and to have achieved rapid development in nature science.But the Mongolian ruler's attitude of pragmatism is not simple imitation blindly,that on the basis of absorbing have made a series of innovation.And some innovation gave profound implications on education development of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty.The analysis and research of the Mongolian rulers' education thought is rare and in the research,there might exist some problems,and the hope to making correction will be in a follow-up study.This paper will be divided into five chapters,the first chapter for the introduction,and the main current education research,the Yuan Dynasty education research,the latest state makes introduction of the research methods and research problems that may arise in.The second chapter to the fourth chapter are making introduction of the Mongolian rulers'education ideology in different stage.The last chapters mainly introduces the Yuan Dynasty's cultural attitude forming background and on this basis,analyzes the education thought of Mongolian rulers of the core and innovation,the limitations and shortcomings etc.the point is that Mongolian has absorbed culture positively and also adhere to the Mongolian culture,so in Mongolian Yuan generation,Mongolian culture get well conserved.Under the influence of the Mongolian rulers'education thoughts,the Yuan Dynasty appeared some mature,education innovation,and eventually the Yuan Dynasty education development create the un-neglectable generation in the history of Chinese education.
