The Process Of Human Liberation From Slave Labor To Free Labor

Labor is the basic and core activity of human life and social development.Labor issue is the fundamental problem of human existence and relationship between man and the world.The category of labor is the core category of Marxist philosophy.It is the theoretical structure of Marx's historical materialism.Labor is the starting point of human life,and to provide data of material life for human survival and development,labor is the basis of human society to survive,created all the material wealth of society civilization and the spiritual wealth.Labor created the world and human beings.The society will show what Labor development extented.So many philosophers have to give labor a lot of attention.From Aristotle's "four for" to creationism,from the classical political economists to Hegel as objectified labor,absolute spirit from utopian socialists to Marx,they all take labor activities into their own understanding and interpretation.Marx summarized labor theory of philosophers before,and combines the actual conditions of his capitalist society,established the Marxist labor theory.Marx and Engels take history materialism as the starting point of labor.They analyzed and discussed labor deeply using the perspective of philosophy and economic.This article attempts to analyzed and discussed labor and its development from the perspective of dialectical development of human society,so as to examine the contemporary labor condition and the realization of free labor.As a unique human practice activity,the development of labor follows the general laws of development of human society.It is a dialectical process,as well as the development of human beings,the development of labor consonant with the free point.Before people realized their status,they stayed as live animals in their natural state today.Their activities are free,but this kind of freedom is unconscious with nature.Once people have a sense of self and the nature as object recognition and renovation,nature becomes outside the human's existence.Because of the the limitation of understanding of nature and practice ability,the limitation of natural forces makes human always received not free show.This is the beginning of slave labor.Slave labor has a long period of slavery,both peopleenslaved to labor,also including the slavery of content of labor.Capital is the highest form of slavery of labor.According to Marx's historical materialism dialectics,labor eliminate the slavery as the development of a free state and toward freedom process.Through the research of this process helps to meet the labor law of development.Understanding the present development situation and necessity of labor correctly.To overcome the alienation of labor form,making laborer to experience the happiness in the process of their work and achieve its own development.
