As a special kind of social relations between labors owner (labor) and capital factorowners (the management), labor relations is not only the economic interest, rightattached relation, but also a kind of ethics, which is rich in deep ethical significance.From the perspective of ethics to inspect, labor relations is a kind of economic interestsin the basis of contract relationship, its ethical essence is justice, freedom of contractand equal cooperation and moral responsibility.Along with the development of economic and social transformation acceleration,our country government leading, by a single national legislation and regulation rely onbalance relationship between the model is getting more and more difficult to deal withthe relationship between the characteristics of the diversity and complexity. Outstandingperformance in both sides of labors and management the unequal status, labor rights notfully, frequent labor disputes events, etc. Lead to China’s industrial relations tensionethical reasons include: labor alienation lead to loss of labor subjectivity, interestdifferentiation in the rights and obligations of both sides oflabor and imbalance, system defects cause social fairness and justice is missing, thetraditional cultural restrictions harmonious labor relations.Get rid of labor nervous trouble and construct harmonious labor relations, is aChinese-type socialist market economic order, healthy and rapid development of theimportant basis. As a kind of internal constraint mechanism of the culture, ethics playan irreplaceable role in constructing the harmonious relationship. And the basic ethicalprinciples of harmonious labor relations in China today is respect work, decent laborand reasonable control capital.
