We should concern and love the people in the society who are the most worthy of respect-the greatest of laborers.Emotional as a way of being, is an important part of people’s subjective world. It is a reflection of human to the objective environment, this kind of special reflect is expressed through the psychological feeling and experience about the object by the subject, which reflects people’s desire, need, and other subjective scale, embodies the specific values, affecting people’s social consciousness and social behavior.Human labor is carried out in order to meet their various needs, which is purposeful and conscious. As the existence of the perceptual, emotional, firstly laborer and nature is a kind of objective relations, and then a transformation and the transformation of relations. Labor were strongly influenced by laborer’s inner feelings, reflecting the human pursuit of "truth, kindness and beauty", the pursuit of freedom. If the communication of technologic rationality and value rationality can not be achieved effectively, do not construct an orderly, rich perceptual emotion world, human beings will make oneself become robots.Based on the profound reflection on reality, People are becoming more and more to realize the important value of emotional factors in labor. Decent work has been recognized by international society, respect for labor, labor protection, care workers, realize decent work has become the consensus of mankind in the new century. Realizing decent work, building a harmonious labor relations should more become a self-conscious pursuit of socialist society.
