The Archeological Research On Sinicization Of Jurchen In The Jin Dynasty

Jurchen gradually emerged in the northeastern part of China in the 11th century,established regime and successfully occupied the Central Plains.The Jin Dynasty which founded by the Jurchens has existed for 120 years,this period further created a situation that is a confrontation with Huaihe River as the boundary in the Southern Song Dynasty.Jurchens tried hard to solve the problems of confronting,dealing with and making use of the Han people,the Han land and the Han cultures in the whole Jin Dynasty This problem has also become a topic for scholars of later generations to reflect and investigate thoroughly.However,the relevant historical materials have finite quantities and these materials have their limitations.It is even more difficult to open up the situation based on the observation of historical materials.Nowadays,it is imperative to introduce archaeological materials and conduct comprehensive,multi-dimensional and objective integration research based on abundant archaeological achievements of the Jin Dynasty.Under the guidance of this aim,this thesis tries to take archaeology as the main research perspective,comprehensively investigates the archaeological materials and historical documents,and explores the issue of the sinicization of Jurchens in the Jin Dynasty.First of all,this paper raises the topic of researching on the Sinicization of Jurchen in the Jin Dynasty from the perspective of Archaeology.It defines the related concepts and research objects,and summarizes the discovery of Archaeology in the Jin Dynasty and the research process of predecessors.Secondly,this thesis comprehensively collected the existing archaeological materials of the Jin Dynasty,and systematically documented and identified them in terms of ethnicity.Then,the Jin Dynasty Jurion related materials were classified,divided into different periods and different areas by using archaeological methods,and some unidentified problems were further observed and explored.Thirdly,on the basis of fully mastering the relevant materials,this thesis takes archaeology as the main perspective and comprehensively applies a variety of research methods to analyze the evolution process,formation motivation and outstanding features of the sinicization of Jurchens in the Jin Dynasty,and the important change nodes will have further expatiated.The evolution process is divided into four stages,the occurrence,development,evolution,result,performance and characteristics of each stage are analyzed.The important nodes and important issues in the evolution process are discussed further.Finally,this thesis summarizes the mode of the sinicization of Jurchens in the Jin Dynasty,discusses and affirms its influence on the later generations and its positive role in the formation of Chinese civilization.In brief,the Hanization of Jurchen and the formation of the culture of the Jin Dynasty are an important historical stage in the process of the integration of the Chinese nation and the formation of the Chinese civilization circle.The Jin Dynasty is also an important historical stage in the formation of multi-ethnic countries.
