The Comparative Study On The Management And Strategy Of Contemporary Urban Theatre In China And Britain

In the research field of Western drama history theory,there are many researches on history theory,and contemporary drama practice research also refers to the research on drama performance activities.Besides drama performance activities,especially the comparative research on the management practice of Chinese and Western drama troupes is even less.Because this is an interdisciplinary research that is still taking place at present,it requires first-hand dynamic practical experience and data,which involves both the analysis of Chinese and Western drama development history,cultural policy and administrative institutions,as well as the research of art management,drama production and performance content,is a relatively comprehensive research area.Here,art management runs through the theme,but it is related to the history of contemporary drama,cultural policy,organizational structure,field management,brand strategy,distribution system and performance practice.Taking Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center and Royal National Theatre of Great Britain(Short for National Theatre)as examples,this paper analyzes the art management of National Theatre for more than 56 years(1963-2019)and Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center for more than 24 years(1995-2019)in a real,concrete,comprehensive and meticulous way.Comparing with the experience of National Theatre,this paper analyzes the management of Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center from the traditional troupe Compared with the past and the present of Shanghai Dramatic Arts Center and the difference between the management mode of a traditional Chinese Theatre and a relatively mature national theatre in England,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and Research on the whole process of the transformation of the management mode into a modern and scientific management mode,and sums up the operation and management mode of the contemporary urban theatre with Chinese characteristics,Including from theater and troupe to "integration of theater and Troupe",from historical change to reform and development,from actor management to system construction,from art production and creation to salary distribution system,from performance appraisal of various departments to performance market management,etc.,the results of such research and analysis have practical reference significance for the operation and management of contemporary urban theatre in China,especially for those still in reform The Chinese contemporary troupes(theater venues)and theater managersin the process of reform and development play a guiding role.This paper collecting and organizing Shanghai dramatic arts centre in art management of specific policies,methods,rules and regulations,review and summarize the practical experience of and analysis,from the first hand materials for art management rules and measures,the implementation of various rules and regulations of Shanghai drama center and obtain the actual effect,advantages and disadvantages of gain and loss in process improvement scheme,etc.,and then compare Royal National Theatre of Great Britain further analysis and comparison.Art management must not be a mathematical formula,a mechanical formula is artificial and destructive because it does not reflect the rich and varied contributions made to art.Study of contemporary urban theater management model and strategy,it cannot leave the improvement of the overall environment of the development of the city culture and the change of the relevant national laws,regulations and policies and continuance,especially about the cultural development strategy,a state-owned judicial reform has its inner,essence,mechanism,mechanism of demand,also with the external,environment,policy,market and development needs.We should not only from the perspective of microscopic study,also want to analysis from the macroscopic perspective,the former is of its own organization structure,management model and allocation mechanism,then it is the city humanities environment,policies and urban culture,and the whole social resources matching and integration,in the construction of a city and its cultural position.To analyze and study a theater,we should observe it in the long river of history to find the historical reasons for its own development and change.Theatrical performance activities contains especially rich cultural connotation,including playwright,director,actors,stage designer and other create parts,including theater,performance,management performance,but also including the theory of aesthetics,history,policy and so on part of the long term,it is decided to play science research methods should also be diverse,the study of drama learn not fanciful,and to fall on the performance practice,and the practice of the theater and involves management,policies and strategies,and many other parts,this paper takes Royal National Theatre of Great Britain and Shanghai dramatic arts centre as the research object,involving many aspects of theater management.It belongs to the field of art management research,also belongs to the category of comparative study between Chinese and western drama practice,but also from set out actually,and theater training goal is for conveying the theatre drama consultant talent,not just in order to study and research,its fundamental purpose is to use theory to guide practice of drama,service for theatrical performances,therefore this paper also try to under the international field of vision,from the perspective of Chinese and western drama learn to
