Exploration Of Project Responsibility System In Stage Arts

In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the cultural industry in the process of national economic development.Support for the stage art creation,especially the opera and national opera in the form of Government finance,arts and culture foundation and other efforts has been increasing through the years.From 2011 to 2015,a large number of stage art works emerged in every province throughout the country,but most of the art works,though novel in theme,are hardly worthy of the title "fine works".And among them,excellence in production is indeed one of the few.For this very reason,in this paper,I carried out several on-site research in the National Center for the Performing Arts,Shanghai Peking Opera Theater,Shanghai Opera House and other art establishment.Through the research methods such as case study method,literature research method and depth interview method,I clarifies the development course and current situation of stage art and project management firstly.Secondly,I use the theory of production elements to analyze the elements of stage art,and makes a comparative analysis of the production process of stage art and the current stage art management,and draws out the concept of project system.Taking the example of the application of project system in the production of the opera Tannhauser.I analyzed the application of project system,then research on the application of project system in the process of stage art creation while adopting theories like general management,artistic theory and finally puts forward her own ideas:1,To construct the cross-sector-strong matrix organization structure;2,The implementation of the project system in an all-around and multi-dimensional quantitative assessment mechanism;3,The implementation of project portfolio management and 4,The construction stage art project information system,which,to some extent,is of theoretical and practical significance to the management of the future stage art production in our country.On the one hand,it enriches the theory of project management,provides a new perspective for the study of stage art management,and on the other hand,it provides reference for the managers of the Arts Institute.In conclusion,I utilizes three years' experiences of on-site practice to put together in this paper and with it,the author has fully discussed with domestic and foreign front-line staff,experts and scholars.Thus,I sincerely hope that,with this paper can contribute her efforts in the sustainable development of Chinese stage art.
