In the 1920 s and 1930 s,the political history of Outer Mongolia was closely related to the Communist International and Soviet Russia. With the infiltration of the international communist movement in Outer Mongolia,a series of political activities represented by the Soviet Union have become increasingly frequent. In relations between Outer Mongolia and the Soviet Union, those who clashed with the Soviet side were often identified by the Communist International as "rightists" and counter-revolutionaries,and were hit. This thesis takes "Research on Outer Mongolia and Communist International Relations"(1919-1932)as the title.Based on previous studies, this paper uses Mongolian,Chinese,Russian,Japanese and other archival documents and historical materials to elaborate and discuss in detail. The following:(1)Early Mongolian People's Party and the Communist International Relations;(2)the contradictions of the "Left" and "Right" factions in the revolutionary movement of Outer Mongolia and the intervention of the Communist International;(3)a series of policies and measures to rectify internal contradictions in Outer Mongolia,These include political and economic measures to crack down on usury merchants and oppose feudal bureaucracy and religious forces;(4)the political propositions of Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party representatives-Baodao,Danbadorji,and Danzen, and conflicts with the Communist International And some major historical events caused by it;(5)disputes over the "Tannu Uliangha" issue;(6)"Pan-Mongolia" activities and Soviet-Russian relations;(7)Mongolia's opposition activities and the Communist International's opposition to Mongolia Adjustment of policies and other content.Judging from the law of historical development, what kind of development path a country or region chooses should be determined in light of its own objective and actual conditions. The policy imposed by external forces is difficult to fit.In order to control Mongolia, the Comintern violated the unique objective development law of Mongolian society;forcibly intervening in Mongolia's internal politics, which caused a certain negative impact. At the same time that Mongolia relied on Soviet Russia,it continued to oppose its interference, which also changed Soviet Russia's political measures against Mongolia. At the same time,Mongolia was also exploring a path consistent with its own development.
