Study On The Inertial Mechanism Of Urbanization In A Labor Export Type Town

Urbanization highlights human's development reason.It is not only a kind of market behavior,but also a kind of organizational behavior.In the past few decades,China as "late developing" country,acts by means of the organization mode into the urbanization process in order to promote rapidly.The urbanization process is transformed into many different patterns of development in the different knowledge system,but also involves the government pushing hands.So the government plays a crucial role in China's urbanization process.Governments at all levels use their own organization,mobilization and integration of resources,so that different actors participate actively or passively,promote the evolution of urban form collectively.To understand the evolution of forms,we can not be separated from the urban ec osystem structure and space-time field characteristics,or ignore the government pushi ng hands.Although urbanization's top-level design and development strategy at the m aero level can help us to gain some overall understanding,we must grasp the urbaniza tion organization power and maintain the momentum of inertia system,find China's ur banization problems and effective treatment method.But the urbanization is related to not only the economic development and market system transition problem,but also how government deals with other social actors,so urbanization is the development of local integrity.In the middle part and the west tow nship,enterprises are underdeveloped.These study about this government how to act and integrate multiple actors and resources to maintain the development momentum ar e still need to be further.Urbanization is essentially modern management mode.So the study about how t o interact between local government which represent the state,market and society,co mpanies and people in daily management,and the formation of the eurrent process of urbanization form,are also need to be discussed.Therefore,the dissertation tries from the perspective of organization system of school and the historical institutionalism,us es quasi-ethnomethodology,reviews the general labor output town in the middle area f rom beginning,failure to re-development,and researches why this town short of basic township enterprises and industry support ean still go ahead.The dissertation is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introductio n,discussing the basic knowledge of the background from the urban ecosystem charac teristics,dynamic mechanism and development path of urbanization.The second chap ter is the review of related research and study design,focusing on urbanization related organization operation mechanism and grass-roots governance,defining the research problem and the framework of the dissertation.The third chapter to the sixth chapter,analyzing the town of administrative system and life process fragments involved in ke y events of the urbanization,finding the inertial system.The seventh chapter is the co nclusion and discussion part,summarizing the research findings,and exploring the the ory.The study found that:in the process of urbanization of He Town,the town govermment based on the organization of administrative system,the Iand system,financial system and the household registration system,and bolstered the trinity inertial system of the pilot system imitation,mobilization and project integration which promote and maintain the local urbanization development.This town,s government pursued "Look up and Look at the East",imitated the coast of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces,so created the development zone as the starting point,promoted land urbanization,the local finance income and urban construction.In this process,the town government also needed to make full use of performance,emotion and power,mobilize acting individuals' participation,and found they can dominate and control management space through the project integrated way.These coordinated the interests of all parties,the local development will and achieve rapid urbanization.This trinity urbanization inertia system is the result of the local government's pursuing development principle,strongly interferes and manipulates non-market governance.How to make urbanization from the form of evolution to substantial development,and how to promote urbanization results in high quality.Above research topics need we study the relationship between the local government and non-market governance in urbanization deeply.
