Study On Ritualized Communication Of The Socialist Core Value

"What is the socialist core value?How to cultivate and practice the socialist core value?" All these are important and urgent task that we are facing nowadays.Standing at this new historical point they are key questions that we must answer to develop and promote China's characteristics socialism.Communication is an important way to cultivate and practice the socialist core value.In present society we face the embarrassment of the communication on the socialist core value,which is the socialist core value easy into the eye but difficult into the brain?easy into the ear but difficult into the heart.Facing these problems,we should not only adhere to the effective methods of communication in the ideological publicity work,but also enrich and develop the routes and means in the communication practice?and promote the communication effects of the socialist core value.The American communication scholar,James W.Carey presented clearly that communication has two ideas:a ritual view of communication and a transmission view of communication.The ritual view of communication considers the communication as the rite?ceremony——a holy ceremony which attracts people,and those people feel a bond with another and they are a community.The ritual view of communication lays stress on value-sharing,belief-sharing,emphasizes the information that maintains the society over time.It surmounts the transmission view of communication that only focus on the information transmission and control.Ritualized communication is the practical application of the ritual view of communication.It is the certain practical outcome of the development of the ritual view of communication,which provides a new way for the communication of the socialist core value.The ritualized communication must based on the China's realities,guided by the Marxist concept of journalism.Because the Marxist concept of journalism provides a solid theory foundation and practical guidance for the ritualized communication,in turn,the ritualized communication practices the core principles of the Marxist concept of journalism effectively.Between the ritualized communication and the communication of the socialist core value,there are some identities which is the social background?value positions?implementation mechanisms and goal pursuit.These identities provide the possibility for tackling the problems existing in the communication of the socialist core value.And they also provide the possibility for promoting the ritualized communication of the socialist core value.There are some problems in the communication of the socialist core value nowadays,which are lacking the sense of humanity,paying too much attention to the information transfer but ignoring the cultural connotation,too much attention to the effect of the information-transfer but ignoring public participation,emphasizing communicators' authority but ignoring public subjectivity and so on.The source of these problems are such as the limits of the communication ideas,the expansion of the communication technology and the commercial operations and so on.Setting the ritualized communication framework,building the ritualized space,using the ritualized language,all these are the practical pathway for the socialist core value ritualized communication.This path which consists of three aspects:"what to say"?"where to say"?and "how to say",realizes the construction of the ritualized communication of the socialist core value.The "moving China",which is "the annual report of socialist core value" is a model of the ritualized communication of the socialist core value.And this model has an important reference to promote the ritualized communication of the socialist core value.Promoting the ritualized communication of the socialist core value must guard ritualized communication against officialization,spectacle and formalization.It needs to take great effort in basing on the public opinion?focusing on the value?penetrating into the practice and so on.The ritualized communication contains a project which can resolve the problems that lie in the communication of the socialist core value,but this project lies in the communication practice as a "fragmentation" mode.So we should pay great attention to the theory exploration and practice application of the ritualized communication.Only in this way can we make the project promote the communication of the socialist core value clearly and systematically.
