Value Integration Research

At present,China is in a critical period of reform and development,with the rapid development of information technology accelerating the process of globalization.Various kinds of ideologies and cultures clash and people's values conflict sharply.The increasing independence of people's thought,selectivity,variability and difference lead to a diversified value orientation.The author tries to study how to integrate different values to form widely recognized value standards.,thus contributing to the realization of the great cause of Chinese rejuvenation.There are five parts in this thesis.The first part studies the significance of value integration.The theory premise of research on value integration is inseparable from a profound understanding and discussion of the importance and practical value of value integration.With today's increasing value differentiation,value integration is essential to consolidate the mainstream ideology,lead the core values,construct harmonious society,mirror the Party's ruling ability and the value of ideological and political education,thus reflecting the overall requirements of the integrated and coordinated development of social integration.In a word,the process of value integration is that of maintaining social core values,forming social consensus,resolving conflicts of social values and promoting harmonious social development.The second part explores the connotation and essence of value integration.The research on value integration cannot do without the previous academic research on value and the definition and analysis of related concepts on value integration since the reform and opening up.On the whole,research on value has been developed step by step with the reform and opening up,experiencing the process of invisible to visible to hot discussion.The systematic research provides a theoretical and academic source.This part looks back at the previous research on value,proposes the concept of value conflict and value integration.This part of research mainly includes the connotation definition of value integration,the essence research of value integration,and the characteristic research of value integration.The third part combs the main contents of value integration.The first step to do research on value integration is to categorize current value differences,to condense and summarize the parallel values.which has resulted in the imbalance of social value structure.Value integration is,in essence,to coordinate and balance these influential value relations.This part focuses on the conflicts of various types of values,such as that between "universal value" and core value,between leading value and multi value,between traditional value and modern value,between self value and social value,between virtual value and realistic value,and the rational integration of conflicts,thus preparing for the basis of value consensus.The fourth part analyzes the objective law of value integration.The basis on value integration research is to grasp the objective law of value integration,and to carry out the research under its guidance.China's reform and opening up and social transformation have been interrelated with globalization.They together deconstruct the concept of value homogenization,leading to the great value changes in China.What's more,the rapid development of information technology has resulted in great changes in people's lives,which undoubtedly accelerates the speed of social value changes and brings to new value form.Such elements as the intergrowth of social changes and value changes,the gradual awakening of subject consciousness and subject diversification,various forms of ownership and market force,the acceleration of political democratization and cultural globalization and collision,have contributed to great changes in China.For instance,social value appeared dominant and mainstream fission in direction,ideal and reality dislocation in expectation,rapid and smooth interweaving in change extent,virtual and reality transformation in value exchange,behavior and ideology irrelevance in value practice.Because of these,it's necessary that the law of interest domination,value symbiosis,interrelation and diversified unity guide value integration.The fifth part constructs the effective realization route for value integration.The ultimate goal of value integration research is to successfully realize value integration,hold the spirit of the whole society together,which makes it necessary to open up a concrete and effective route.In the transformation of social values,on one hand,part of them has been deconstructed.On the other hand,there is an urgent need for the emergence of new value which still needs constructing.The process of construction and deconstruction is an objective and logical one,which no one can deny.It's necessary to realize value integration under the guidance of "domination leading diversity,integrity mixed with individuality,progressiveness enhancing universality,modernity transforming tradition" through information communication,culture exchange,concept change,behavior coordination,benefit adjustment and system innovation.As a result,the research on value integration can be divided into basic research and applied research.Basic research covers three aspects,that is,research on the realistic significance,on the connotation and essence and on the main contents.Applied research covers two aspects,that is,research on objective law and on effective implementation.Basic research is the premise and preparation,providing the theoretical basis for applied research.Applied research is the transformation and test of basic research.The two kinds of research are interrelated and inseparable,both contributing to a better understanding of the necessity,significance and urgency of constructing the socialist core value system and value.
