People who with creative nature,always can promote social development through criticism and transformation.However,human nature is not perfect,and it must accept the limitation and treatment from society.On moral terms,it is not only the product of material and economic life in the objective society,but also affected by people-the only subject of it.Therefore,the university moral education has to see promoting human creativity as well as promoting the full development and effective operation of society as a dual purpose,namely,not only cultivate the creative ability,but also deliver the requirements of social ethics,which may reflect the value.In particular,the ability to create the moral,it is the result of comprehensive capacity development,which including the knowledge,feelings,meaning and behavior in the moral content.It is the effective supporting condition that when individual faces complex realistic problem can lead to make the right moral choice.It will also advance moral life develop from rigid to live,thus it should be deeply concerned by the university moral education.Finally the ability to create the moral will become the key focus to improve the effectiveness of moral education.Under the influence of the traditional economy,politics,culture and moral,the Chinese moral education has been had the tradition to exaggerate the importance of the code of ethics.In the meanwhile,the tendency of politicized moral education and exam-oriented education in a strong long-term obstruct the pathway to reform the current university moral education towards creative.There is no doubt that the normative moral education can not only help to correct the individual behavior,to reconcile the contradiction between people and the outside world,but also help to establish the common values of the community,to spread the country's unified ideology.However,the concept of normative moral education has some characteristic such as separating humanity,breaking away from life,alienating the life meaning and neglecting the behavior.And under its guidance,Chinese moral education in universities has become problematic-the man is considered as a fixed presence,the ready-made code of ethics is considered as the absolute authority.The main purpose of Chinese moral education in universities is to cultivate the students who have the rigid ethics and knowledge.The educational processes ignore the independence and All-round development of moral life.Teachers due to lack of passion and educational wisdom have become dogmatic and inflexible porters or repeater machines.Students were seen as the sausage waiting to be stuffed,whose fresh life become wither and dying because of indifference.However,copying the West Creative Moral Education is neither in line with China's national conditions,nor to really solve the problems.In fact,the West Creative Moral Education completely refused to pass the moral code and simply opposite the indoctrination,which led to laissez-faire,anarchy and moral relativism.Finally it makes the reality of student's moral decline.Since the 1980s,western scholars become reflective and critical toward the West Creative Moral Education,even in some countries,some scholars have devoted to the development of the normative of moral education.In view of this,the proposes of this study is to guide the universities' moral education with a new creative concept,namely university moral education based on creative moral education,which will led a change from the normative to the creative appropriately;at the same time,distinct from the completely rejecting and specification form the normative function of moral education.In order to promote moral education view from the Real to ought,we must respond to the following question:"Why do we want to establish the Localized Creative Moral Education?","What is the connotation of New Creative Moral Education?" and "How implement it in Chinese university moral education?"New Creative Moral Education based on a certain base of theoretical and practical background.From the theoretical level,this idea is to fully draw on Marx's theory of human nature,moral essence of Marxist theory,the nature of university research and products of both Western and Chinese moral education research.From a practical perspective,concerning with the knowledge economy,and the background of the market economy;China's socialist nature of the state and the current trends in education reform,which can be analyzed to achieve a possibility and necessity;in the meanwhile,reviewing the economic,political,cultural and moral and other historical factors,and analysis of the development characteristics of education,to be understand the difficult of its implementation.Essential connotation of New Creative Moral Education contains its unique concept of moral education and the concept of people,and the purpose,content,method view of moral education.In particular,it considers the point of view from the noumenon,the instrumental and carrier of moral education.It thinks moral education has triple attributes-humanism,sociality and cultural;among these,people-oriented is the most essential attribute.It regards the teacher-student relationship as an equal,respectful relations and sees meeting the social and individual needs as the goal,advocates a combination of passing ethics and morality and guiding the moral creation;designing educational content from the types,levels and structures of ethics;proposed educational methods like persuasion,dialogue,demonstration and role-playing and so forth.Therefore,this new concept has characteristics such as prompted the development of a complete life,promoted Moral Wisdom,returned to life and pursue its meaning.In addition,the "new" concept of Creative Moral Education is to mention that it proposed moral education should be implemented in coordination tension between ethics and create,and exploration that how to guide students to create moral conduct in-depth.On the one hand,by guiding students high-standard norms to command low-standard norms,building moral emotion,and forming their own constraints,practicing ethical conduct and establishing their moral conscience to facilitate to learn how use ethics creatively;on the other hand,guiding students to identify the moral rules which are detached from real life,ignoring personality development needs,are inconsistent with the requirements of social change,promoting the courage to query these ethics,criticized,innovate,and then create.However,applying the New Creative Moral Education to university moral education is inseparable from the advanced typical demonstration.From the perspective of the two subjects of moral education,to explore and demonstrate the teachers' moral education and the students' self-education as a model example;from the perspective of moral education directly,a great number of teaching examples can be found as demonstrations.Meanwhile,the implementation of the new concept is also inseparable from the supports of teaching materials,campus culture and extracurricular activities and many other school education conditions.It also needs to be strengthened by people-centered social atmosphere.In addition,we must recognize that the New Creative Moral Education will undergo a long process in the full implementation of our university,however,it should still be full of confidence,we must believe that at that time,students will change from rigid people who only copy from the standard,from inharmonic split people to the individuals with successful development of moral life,full,fresh and creative.University moral education is also out of its dilemma,showing the full features of the times and the distinctive value of content,releasing the power of liberating and developing people,which is full of charisma and appeal!...
