Research On The Generation,Operation And Regulation Of The Discourse Power In The China's Network Society

Nowdays,the network society has became an important place for human's production and life,also it has became the main battleground for competition between various ideologies and cultures.Falling into the category of ideology,the discourse power in the network society is restricted and affected by social existence,and it is a kind of power with a dominant position in the network society as far as mainstream ideology is concerned.The immediacy of expression and the freedom of transmission,the intersectionality of impartment and the variety of choices,the coreness of themes and the diversity of morphologies,the focus of society and the duality of connotations are the mainly features of discourse power in the network society.Through the analysisi of the internal process between network society discourse power's generation and operation on,we can understand the internal mechanism in the fromation of discourse power in network society more systematically,thus providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the regulation of the discourse power in China's network society.The discourse power in the reality is somewhat similar to and also distinctly different from that in the network society.The similarities mainly include the conditions for generation,the purpose of regulation,and the challenges faced with during regulation of the discourse power.The differences mainly exist in the subject,form,content,characteristic and effect of the discourse power.The generation and operation model for the discourse power in the network society mainly consists of eight parts,namely,the conditions for generation,the subject of generation,the content of generation,the operation channels,the objection of action,the operation result,the cracking of operation such as imbalance in exercise of the discourse power,abuse of the discourse power,inefficiency of Socialism discourse,Discourse distortion under the pressure of Interest.There are both internal and external factors that affect the development of the discourse power in the network society.Internal factors mainly include some netizens' lack of ability to identify information,lack of rationality in their discourse,deviation of value orientation,loss of ideal and belief in socialism.External factors mainly include unsound mechanisms of generation,intervention and operation concerning the discourse power,poor operation efficiency of each mechanism,and failure to push the development of the discourse power in the network society toward Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and theory of "four matters of confidence".In order to develop the discourse power in China's network society,it is necessary to refer to advanced experience from abroad.Such experience mainly covers the legalization of the discourse power in the network society,the regulation and active intervention by the government,and the reliance on citizens and media's consciousness and moral autonomy.The contest of discourse power in network society has became the main form of idelogical contest,controling the discourse power in the network society can help to maintain and consolidate the dominant position of the socialism mainstream ideology in China and speed up the epochal innovation in ideological and political education,and is also of positive
