A Study On The Growth Mechanism Of CPC County Party Secretary Under The New Normal

County politics is the epitome of Chinese politics and a county is also a small society.As the "front-line commander" of the county,the secretary of the county party committee plays an important role in making the "last kilometer" smooth.In the new era,it is still an important task for the Communist Party of China to effectively ensure the healthy growth of county party secretaries and improve the overall ability of county party secretaries.In the individual sense,the growing up process of the county party secretary is unique,inreplicable and irreversible.In the group sense,the growth process of the county party secretary is always affected by similar factors.After being summarized,abstracted and analyzed,these similar influencing factors can provide theoretical support for the growth of county party secretary.Therefore,with regard to the growth of county party secretary,this paper mainly analyzes the common growth characteristics of group meaning from the perspective of environment(growth field),institution(growth mechanism)and individual(growth role).Horizontally,based on the research framework of growth field,mechanism and role.Vertically,this paper examines and analyzes the growth situation of the county party secretary from the perspective of history and time and investigates the new normal county party secretary growth factors,growth risk and possible inducing factors.From the growth process of county party secretary,the instinctive desire and psychology of county party secretary are the source of growth risk and the interaction of bad factors in county party secretary so as to provide effective countermeasures to ensure the healthy growth of county party secretary.The first part is the theoretical and change analysis,which mainly analyzes from the growth mechanism and combined with the historical analysis of change.Specifically,this part is mainly based on three theories,respectively from three aspects of the growth field,mechanism and role to comb the county secretary growth changes.First,in terms of growth field,this paper is based on a great deal of literature,questionnaire data analysis and practical research.Based on Pierre Burdy's field theory,It explains the interactive process of various influencing factors in the growth of county party secretary under different space-time conditions with structural elements,relational elements,cultural elements as the analytical framework.This part mainly focuses on the three fields of county party secretary growth(county field,work field and life field),which still be a certain gap in the role-playing process.Therefore,this part uses the empirical analysis method to study the factors affecting the growth of county party secretaries to investigate the growth of county party secretaries to study the growth risk and potential risk inducing factors that may exist in the group of county party secretaries.First,as to the empirical research on the factors affecting the growth of county party secretaries,this paper uses the method of rooted theory to preliminarily analyze the possible factors that affect the growth of county party secretaries
