As a systematic and theoretical idea system,ideology provides the ideological foundation and theoretical prototype for the construction of social system.Ideology is able to affect the process of self-organization,openness and complexity;the evolution of social systems is neither the result of the design of human's reason,nor the pure spontaneous process,while it is a gradually evolutionary process,in which there is the coupling,accumulating and coordinating among subsystems.As a systematic,conscious reflection of the social system,ideology is the core of the cultural system,and it is the integral part of social system.The information reflects the system's status and direction;as the information of the social system,ideology not only is a reflection of the real economic system,political system and culture system,but also provides the direction of development for the social system.In fact,the construction of ideology is the process of the message production,in which the original ideological materials and the realistic material of the social life were selected,refined,and consolidated.The evolution of social systems is not only a simple way to overcome the entropy increasing,but also a path choice with the value judgment.Under the background of contemporary China's society changes,the evolution of social system is the improvement of information exchange mechanisms within the cultural and economic system on the pressure of the external environment,as well as the enhancement of information feedback mechanisms,in which the political system remains relatively stable.Emancipating the mind is the premise of ideology innovation,ideology innovation is the inevitable result of the emancipation of the mind;the generation of new ideas and the abandonment of original ideas always enjoys a kind of symbiotic relationship in the activities of human consciousness;In essence,emancipating the mind is the breakthrough of the original ideology.Since the reform and opening up,China's ideology innovation has gone through three stages,namely the exploratory stage,the secularized stage and the stage of value reconstruction;From the interaction economic system and cultural system,the ideology innovative starts the process of reform and opening up in the new period;in turn,the fruits of reform and opening up provide a naturally legitimate evidence for the ideology innovation,which further encourage another ideology innovation.The ideology innovation is a gradual evolution;its mechanism involves the strategic choice and creative interpretation for the traditional discourse or symbols as a way of achieving the purpose of gradual transformation of ideology;the concepts with the rich connotation become the core vocabularies of ideology in the new period;the progressive way and the secularized strategy of ideology transformation reduces the costs and risks of the economic system restructuring to the greatest extent.Accompanied by the transformation of the economic system,people's ideas are also extremely active in the performance of the agitation for a variety of social thoughts.It appears a variety of social thoughts in Chinese society since the reform and opening up,including liberalism,nationalism,neo-confucianism,postmodernism,historical nihilism,and democratic socialism and so on.Ideology construction provides the ideological security and the legality for the reform and opening up.Meanwhile the mainstream ideology struggles with a variety of non-Marxist thoughts actively.The principle is that the social thoughts have to be leaded by the socialism core value system.Ideology construction includes two aspects,on one hand is theory innovation,and on the other hand is rooted deeply in people's mind.The ideological and political education(IPE)is the main channel of the ideology construction.As a practice deeply rooted by ideology innovations,it is essentially the behavior of ideology supply.Not so much IPE is to shape the ideology of the social individual;rather it is the realistic mold to water social collective action.In the process of social change,IPE obtains the meaning of "reform" by the positive supply of the mainstream ideology,such as to promote the people's modernization,to condense common belief basis,to improve ideology immunity as well as to inspire cultural awareness.In order to strengthen and improve ideology construction,we must uphold the leadership of the Party,uphold Marxism as a guide,adhere to mutual development between people and ideology,and adhere to the organic unity of the theoretical and practical innovation under the background of deeply reforming.The conversion from the theory system of ideology to the practical system of IPE is an important part of ideology innovation.To reflect the requirement of the times is an important task of the ideology construction in the era.Both positive response to the practical problems and enhancing the theoretical power for insight and explain are the important contains of the ideology construction.
