Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Values In Volunteer Service

Cultivating and carrying forward the socialist core values is a fundamental construction of spirits gathering and foundation reinforcement.Voluntary service is the effective carrier of practicing the socialist core values.College students could improve the spirit level,cultivate the civilization and set up the socialist core values by taking part in the process of social dedication and voluntary service.Thus,embedding the socialist core values into the college students' voluntary service and sorting out the relationship between the socialist core values and college students' voluntary service to extract and summarize the contents of values in college students' voluntary service and to clarify that values in college students' voluntary service are the specific embodiment of the socialist core values in college students' voluntary service could provide the theoretical source of greatly practicing the socialist core values for college students.Based on previous researches,this article takes the socialist core values as basis and college students' voluntary service as carrier to emphasis the concret content of values in college students' voluntary service and its dialectical relationship with the socialist core values.Further clarification has been made that values in college students'voluntary service are the targeted embodiment of the partial content of "three initiatives" of the socialist core values in college students' voluntary service,which are the concepts of values of patriotism,friendship harmony,civility and justice.Based on that,this article investigates,analyzes and studies the status of the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service.Taking problem consciousness and foreign experiences to consider,this article suggests the requirements,system and methoods of the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service,which aims at setting up the complete system of the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service and improving innovation and effects of the cultivation of socialist core values of college students.Based on the research requirements and route,this article has three parts,including seven chapters.The first part includes Introduction and Chapter 1.Introdution shows the background and meaning of this research,status of previous researches,research route,research principal,research method and innovation.Chapter 1 is the literature review of values in college students' voluntary service.First,sum up and define related terms,such as voluntary,voluntary service,the concept of values and the concept of the socialist core values.Then clarify that values in college students' voluntary service are embodiment of objects,behaviours and principals of ths socialist core values in college students' voluntary service.Second,elaborate further the dialectical relationship between the values in college students' voluntary service and ths socialist core values,which provides theoretical foundation for next chapters.At last,review the guidance theory in the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service.It is clear that Marxist theory and Marxist Sinicization theory,especially Xi Jinping's socialism with Chinese characteristics in new era,provide the theoretical support and realistic basis for values in college students' voluntary service.The second part includes Chapter 2 and 3.Chapter 2 reviews the history of the voluntary service and college students' voluntary service in China and summarizes the characteristics in ancient times,contemporary times and modern times.Then put up the content of values in college students' voluntary service clearly and specific explanation,which are the values of patriotism,friendship harmony,civility and justice.Chapter 3 discusses the necessity and the significant meaning of cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service.It elaborates that thoughts and culture communicate,intergrate and combat all over the world in this new era.Ideology of college students shows its diversity various and changeable characteristics.Within this new situation,it is necessary and urgent to do the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service.This chapter analyzes the necessity and meaning of the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service mainly from the aspects of students,colleges,society and Great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The third part includes Chapter 4,5,6 and Conclusion.Chapter 4 analyses the present situation of the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service with empirical research to summarize the achievements of the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service.It also analyzes the problems in the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service and discusses the reasons from students,colleges,family and society.Chapter 5 elaborates the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service in other countries separately and summarises the experiences and methods of cultivation of values in voluntary service of other countries.It also reviews and screens these experiences objectively to get the enlightenment to China in the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service.Chapter 6 deeply elaborates the requirements,system and clearly that the cultivation of values in college students' voluntary service needs to face the new era,outstand the point and enhance the focus.Based on that,it suggests that the culitivation needs
