The Party-spirit Cultivation Research Of College Student Communists

College student is an active and energetic group. The communist party could absorb the outstanding students, which contribute to our national development, socialist construction and regime consolidation. College student party members is the advanced elements of university students, which was not only have the capability of working, but also can keep their thoughts conscious on actively supporting party’s guiding principle. They are the power source and important guarantee of the Chinese communist party’s forward development. Now, college Students has become an important source of the development of party members, which can constantly optimize its structure and bring with infinite vitality. Therefore, the party’s fighting capacity, cohesion and vitality will be largely influenced by party-spirit cultivation’s situation of the college student party members. College student party members should make efforts in ideological and political quality, traditional good quality, discipline, cultural knowledge and skills, through self-forging, self-improvement, and self- summary, to become a qualified Chinese communist party member. At the same time, in order to strengthen the recognition and identity of student party membership, reinforcing their party-spirit cultivation is necessary. It requires student party members improve their learning ability and practice ability initiatively under the constraints and guidance of party spirit principle. During the practice, they should combine theory with practice to up to qualified party member’s standard and requirements both in thought and behavior.Now, he investigation and researches show that the party-spirit cultivation of current college student party members overall keep a good and stable situation. Most of them could actively study the party’s principles and policies, concern with current events, have strong sense of national pride and national honor, strictly be against with who endangered state security and sabotaged state territorial integrity, and have sober recognition of reactionary forces’ words. However, with implementation of reform and opening policies, the national economy and culture had a rapid expansion, while bring the opportunity to the European and American capitalist countries to spread its western capitalist culture and individualism thought in China. Growing up in this kind of environment, student party members have some problems and deviation on the understanding of party-spirit cultivation creating some unhealthy ways and customs which also weakened the party-spirit cultivation, as a result a lot of student party members have some doubt and shake on the career of the communist party of China.First of all, in the recent investigation and analysis of confusion and difficulties faced by college student party members, there are some problems: student party members don’t want to study the related knowledge and theory initiatively; they cannot put themselves through the mill in tough conditions; they cannot keep a clear awareness and firm ideal in the face of the numerous and complicated temptation. Secondly, college students are still young and have less experience causing their incomplete knowledge structure and lacking of scientific and dialectical thinking, so they can’t find a solution to the problem in the complex situation. Finally, the level of concentration about students’ party-spirit cultivation is not high, because of their dual identity—student and party member easily dropping them into a dilemma. They pay more attention to their student role and more care about their schoolwork, self-interest, and the potential benefits the party membership brought leading to ignore the party members’ responsibility and its dominant position. At this moment, how to strengthen party-sprit cultivation shows its importance.Thus, for the real problems of college student party members in party-spirit cultivation, its reasons can be analyzed from two aspects—the impact of external environment and their own weak sense of party member identification. In the term of external environment, it brought a lot of passive, negative social thought for student party members, and the school party organization did not have a timely good guidance. On the side of students themselves, they have a weak identity of the party membership, poor self-discipline ability and also don’t initiatively study the party’s theory and knowledge. Promoting the party-spirit cultivation of college student party members affect their healthy growth, the stability and sustainability of national prosperity, meanwhile, it indicates the student party members truly do the self-identity of party membership and gradually grow into a qualified party member. Therefore, under the background of the harmonious world, the college student party members need to know the importance of strengthening their own party-spirit cultivation to themselves, society and the country. Also they have to raise their level of self-cultivation consciously, and the most important thing is to strengthen the research of college student party members’ party sprit cultivation, to analysis the present situation and the reasons why the current college students’ self-cultivation is not ideal, to explore the approaches to improving self-cultivation, thereby to defend the holy land of cultivating party members in college to make them clearly understand their own responsibility, and finally to keep the Chinese Communist Party advanced and have the ability to take on the mission of the national development.The full text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter: introduction. It’s mainly elaborated the topic basis, research status, research strategies and the innovation and difficulty of this article. The second chapter: the related concepts about the party members’ part spirit and its cultivation. This part elaborates the concept of the party spirit and its cultivation respectively, and analyzed the correlation of them rising to the conclusion that the process of enhancing the party spirit is forming process of the party members’ self-cultivation. The third chapter: the situation and reasons of contemporary college students’ weakening party-spirit cultivation. While the most of college student party members’ self-cultivation are in a good situation, other students appear to be less ideal. Under the basis of analyzing manifestations of college students’ weakening party-spirit cultivation,this chapter tries to summary its main reasons. The last part of this article tries to explore the countermeasures of prompting college student party members’ party-spirit cultivation.
